Open the door and you are steps away from the beautiful sand and surf of Cocoa Beach. Clean and comfortable 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit in condo complex built in the 1960s. Cheerful, light and bright interior. Hallway with door allows for a private bedroom/bathroom master suite.
Great location! On quiet and relaxing beach two miles from downtown Cocoa Beach shopping and restaurants! One hour from Disney attractions and Orlando International Airport, and 20 minutes from the Brevard Zoo. Utilities are included. One parking space is provided.

Sutton Place

The unit I stayed in has not had many (if any) upgrades and the furniture is dated. That being said, it is sort of what I expected and suited my needs. It's right on the beach and a short drive from downtown. The owner was easy to reach and responded quickly. The grounds are kept clean, the neighbors are friendly and it's quiet. If you're looking for a pool, rec room, etc, this is not the place. I enjoyed it and would stay there again.

Really awesome place and stay

The location is perfect for a nice and quiet vacation. We honestly did not want to leave. Gina was super nice and accommodating through out our entire 4month stay. We really can’t rave about this enough. Affordable and awesome! What is better than that?! We can’t wait to come back next year!

My stay was amazing! I highly recommend this property.

This is a beautiful apartment in an excellent location in Florida; I couldn't have been happier with the experience. It is on a spot on the beach that it is not too crowded, and the apartment was spacious and stylish. Gina and her family were excellent hosts during my stay.

what a wonderful small beach condo community!

I've stayed in many places over the last 15 years and this condo experience is #1. Condo is an older style well used ground level 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit. Condo community has two bbq grills, and tables and chairs for lounging with a direct view of the ocean. Just a very short walk over the dunes and you're on the beach. Condo met my needs and owners were great to work with. Loved this quiet south Cocoa Beach location. One caution, only one parking space per unit, but there is additional parking off site.😎

Quiet, peaceful and cozy

Who would not enjoy spending three months in a nice, peaceful, nicely decorated condo within 35 feet from the Atlantic Ocean. Beautiful sandy beach area, just you, the waves and the soft roar of the ocean. Loved every minute of it!😊
