Great place to stay for Cocoa Beach and space center activities. We saw dolphins and manatees from the windows! Nice selection of kayaks for us to use. Clean and comfy, nicely furnished and decorated. Highly recommended!

Great view. Clean, well equipped, and comfortable stay. Kayaks great for viewing wildlife. Fishing right off dock; short drive to beach, restaurants, and grocery store.

Our experience was great, we loved our view and the extra bonus of watching the dolphins, manatees, birds, and the jumping fish. The house was well equipped to meet all of our needs, and the manager Matthew and Craig were very kind and helpful. Hazel also was sweet!

This property has everything! Including dolphins! It is well maintained, very clean and we felt safe. We certainly enjoyed watching the dolphins every day. We did see manatees the last couple of days we were there. Which was very cool! Beautiful view from every room. We loved being able to make meals when we wanted to and to do a load of laundry (during our downtime). It just made our vacation that much more enjoyable. We fell in love with the Cocoa Beach area and will definitely be back!

Thanks so much for the great spot! A nice kitchen in which to cook up all the local fish we ate all week. Dolphin “shows.”A rocket launched. And there are sooo many places to explore on the kayaks!!

We loved our stay! The unit was outstanding with great views and we saw dolphins almost every day. The bed was very comfortable and so was the furniture, the appliances were top of the line and the kitchen had everything anyone would need We love to golf and there is a very nice course just 2 minutes away plus there were restaurants close by, we really liked Coconuts by the Beach.We highly recommend this unit!

Another great stay

This was our second time staying at this property and it did not disappoint. We love the amenities and the location. Our family really enjoys going out on the kayaks fishing and site seeing.

The property was absolutely beautiful and well worth the price! Everything was in working order and clean! The remodeling was well done! I just have to mention that the previous tenants were monsters who broke an end table that I repaired with an old carpenters trick. Also, they put their dirty dishes back in the cabinets without cleaning them. We don’t blame the property management for these things but they needed to be brought up. And finally, the door code was not activated before we arrived which was disappointing considering a storm was moving in on us at the same time. We would still come back in the future! The Manatees, dolphins, turtles, birds and fish life were incredible! We even got to take the kayaks out & see the bioluminescence! Wonderful stay, would highly recommend!
