Perfect for our needs

This was a great property for our short weekend in Savannah. It was comfortable and exactly as pictured. Parking was super easy and the neighborhood and location is great!

Great Location

The best part of this place is the location! In the quieter part of the historic district and so easy to walk everywhere! Very clean. Communication was easy. We had issues accessing the lock box and someone answered and helped us. Unit was clean and matched the pictures. Parking was easy and plentiful on the street. Would definitely stay here again!

Easy and Convenient!

The apartment was bright, clean, and beautiful. Easy instructions and a great location away from the "riff raff". We were able to park the entire weekend in the same spot around the corner by feeding the parking meter $12/day.

Savannah for Thanksgiving

The apartment we stayed in was as described and seen in pictures. It is on the 2nd floor and accessed via doorway and stairs that do need some maintenance. The location is great and had everything we needed. The main bedroom's bed wasn't that comfortable and i would definitely recommend new sheets. The place is great as far as location and it was great to have the space!!

Loved our stay!

We loved our stay here! We celebrated my mothers 60th birthday in Savannah. Both my sister and I (34 y.o. And 32 y.o) as well as my 3 year old son and mother stayed here. The place was extremely clean and felt like home away from home. My son especially loved the top bunk. We were grateful to find such a great place to stay during our trip to Savannah. Thank you!

Perfect for us

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a perfect stay for my husband and I. Short walking distance to anything and everything which is exactly what we wanted. The place was very clean and the photos online are current. We were very happy with the location and how quiet it was at night. Just far enough away where you don’t hear the nightlife but still close enough to walk to restaurants, the river walk and more! I definitely recommend this property.

1st Time in Savannah!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: GREAT LOCATION! The place was very nice. So much natural light, but very good blackout curtains too. Good for about 2 to 4 adults. The space has one king bed and a small day bed with a pullout underneath. Decent kitchen. If you plan on watching TV bring your own movies, selection is sparse.

Pleasant Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is extremely comfortable and equipped with everything you could need. Two things to be aware of are: if you are a light sleeper, the proximity to Broad Street will wake you in the very early morning hours (around 5:30AM), nd if you plan on doing laundry in the unit, make sure you literally have 3 hours to devote as it takes 1 hr to wash and minimum 2 hrs to dry. Otherwise, no complaints.

Green Square Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, clean enough, A/C worked great which was awesome. Kitchen was not fantastically stocked, washer/dryer either not working right or extremely hard to use. Shower curtain was filthy with all kinds of stains. We only stayed two nights and it was okay for our needs but super small living space and all seating very uncomfortable. Might not be the best for a longer stay. All in all it was okay.

Quaint Stay in Historic Savannah

We enjoyed our stay at the property. Communication prior to our stay was great and allowed for easy access. Upon arrival the property was very clean with the exception of 1 live cockroach. That was the only bug we saw in the rental the whole time though, so it wasn’t a big deal to us. The carpets were vacuumed but did have stains. It is an older unit, so interior hallway prior to entry of the unit is a little dated. The resident that lives across the hall smokes, so the interior hallway often smelled like smoke, but it did not interfere with the smell inside the rental unit. Windows are older in the unit so the street noise at night was loud, but didn’t bother us too much. The location was great. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go within the historic downtown. The furthest west we walked was City Market and that was a 15 minute walk with kids. Riverfront was about 10 minute walk. Parking was easy and right in front of the unit. We did not use our car much, only to drive to Tybee Island (25 minute ride) and out to the UGA Marine and Wildlife Center. You could easily stay here without a car and get around just fine.

St.Paddy’s Day with family and friends

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and close to many restaurants and shops. Street sweepers and main road thoroughfare a little loud throughout night. The place was clean - yet refrigerator had top shelf filled with water due to freezer door opening ajar when we shut refrigerator. Maintenance came and said he fixed in 3 minutes but it continued to leak and we realized the problem so after shutting fridge door - we pushed door to freezer shut. Also asked Thursday for wash cloths because we only had 2 and 4 people ... as of Saturday afternoon we still didn’t have until we called again. Also outlets to left of stove for coffee pot didn’t work so we moved coffee pot. Last- the lamp shade in master bedroom was crooked - think it was broken. Everyone was nice and I would stay there again but go to office directly to get items instead of using phone,

Long Weekend Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great little place. Had everything you needed if you wanted to cook in. However, there are steps once you get inside to get to the apartment so if you have someone in your party that has a challenge with stairs, this is not the rental for you. Street parking was available and has no issues. Just pay attention to the signs when the street sweeper is scheduled so you won’t get fined. Location is okay but you are about a 1/2 mile walk from River St. We took an Uber so it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, we had a great stay.

Had all amenities needed and the rooms were very comfortable. I would highly recommend for anyone staying in Savannah, be it for a short or long stay it is well worth it!
