We had a wonderful stay at Poipu Beach Estates. Our host was very welcoming and also quick to respond to any questions we had. The house was perfect for our large, extended family and very clean. We appreciated the easy walk to the nearby beaches and the access to the pool and fitness club.

Christmas getaway

Nice property. Very clean and good amenities. Very nice location in very nice neighborhood. Communication was quick and everything described was correct. Thanks for a great stay!

This property exceeded our expectations!

This property was so wonderful ! 4 different wings for our 3 kids and spouses! They each had their own bathroom,bedroom, air conditioning unit. It was perfect for us!

Beautiful Property

This property was in an amazing location very near Poipu beach. Worked very well for our family of 14. Access to off-site athletic club with beautiful pool and Cabana Grill. The house is equipped with all the beach gear you need which was so nice. Melissa, Property Manager responded almost immediately when we had a couple of questions.

The house at Poipu Beach Estates was outstanding for our 4 families . Me , and each of my 3 children and their children . each had our own sleeping wings of the house and then all of us shared the common area with living room , dining area , and kitchen . It was one of the greatest vacation homes we have ever had . We loved the beach , the closeness to all activities , and kids ( 7 of them from 8-13 ) loved the access to The Poipu Beach Athletic Club pool . The only negative was our first time there finding the property but after finding it , it was outstanding . Our thanks to our host who I never talked to all week because everything was awesome . Only one other negative, me and one of my sons are 6’4 and we had to learn and remember to duck coming in the front door !!! We learned the hard way . But all in all , our time there as a family was priceless . As a grandfather it was a memory making week for me that each generation will forever remember . . 15 out of 10 is my rating !!!!

This is an ideal location for 4 couples who want a seperate ( and equal !) bedroom / ensuite but shared living space . In our case it was us , plus 3 adult children & partners , each with 2 small children. The house is spacious / private and comfortable. It is a 10-minute walk to the shops @ Kukuiula but you do need a car for the 15 minute drive to the closest supermarket ( Big Save in Kōloa ) The access to the Poipu Athletic club was great both for the gym and pool ( great for the small kids ) but also a 5 minute drive as there aren’t continuous sidewalks…..same goes for the beaches, Poipu Beach is where we saw up to 12 turtles on the same day . No problems contacting Melissa for minor issues , she was promptly helpful ! Thank you , I’ve already recommended this house to a couple of friends with adult children / grandchildren , it was a lovely vacation .

great area. no pool

expected pool access to be closer. desired AC in whole facility. it was very hot in the house. AC in bedrooms only. had trouble with electricity and plumbing during the stay. place was clean and location was easy assess.

VRBO in Koloa in Kauai

We are a family of 9 including 3 children, 8,9, and 12. This house worked out very well for us. Kids loved exploring the grounds. The electricity is a bit fluky [I believe the owner knows and is working to improve]. The circuit is just not powerful enough for all the new A/C and much else. So it cuts out unexpectedly until one learns how to manage it. Easy enough to restart. One other minor issue, entry is via a lockbox containing keys. It would be a nice addition to make the door itself keyless using a combination lock. Overall, we were very pleased.
