What we really liked was the space of this house! And lots of beach and pool items, not a far walk to beach or pool. Nice and close for early morning coffee runs to Koloa! Communication was great, house is clean. Thanks Sonia and Ron!

Excellent stay for our adult family group of 7. Great location. Clean with comfy beds and plenty of room . Kitchen had all we needed and super to have grill. Washer and dryer huge. Was great to have beach chairs, boogie boards and cooler for our beach outings.

Absolutely fabulous. Easy walk to beaches, can kick kids outside in green belt to play, so many towels and beach equipment, lots of spices and basics available. We easily accommodated 10 people.

Perfect area

We loved the area, and the house was the perfect size for our family of 9. It was a short walk to 3 different beaches, and we walked to the Hyatt for coffee and breakfast. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfection personified!

Perfect island getaway. Near everything without being busy, noisy and crowded. Perfect location for the adventurous, beach-going, sightseeing, and/or do-everything family.

Stay in Poipu Kai Resort

Walking distance to beach, nice landscaping, quite area, home was very nice with a balance of privacy inside and a common area for dining. Lots of glass so we could see out. We enjoyed our stay

Location is everything

this house is an easy walk to beaches in all directions....we went for coffee at Hyatt daily and walked to poipu beach everyday

Wonderful Family Home

We loved the home and the area so much! We felt right at home and felt safe walking around. The 5 min walk to the beach was such a treat! Would definitely recommend!

Family vacay on Kauai

We stayed in this beautiful home with our family of 4 adult kids. Home was easy walking access to many things. The host was easy to talk to. Home was very clean and beds were extremely comfortable.

Perfect location!

This property had everything we needed and more! It is surrounded by the best beaches and in a safe neighborhood. We took walks to the beach every morning and evening. We got to watch the sea turtles come up on the beach to bask in the sunshine! Perfect experience!

Great place to stay near Poipu

This was a great place close to Poipu. We could walk to Brennecke Beach (great for boogie boarding), Poipu beach (turtles!), and shipwreck beach (running, hiking trail, views, but not good for swimming). It was great to have 3 bathrooms and laundry. The house had boogie boards and a cooler which were great for beach days.

Great Spot Close to Multiple Beaches

This was a wonderful location for our base camp on a trip to Kauai. It was within walking distance of several beaches, which the kids loves. Communication was great, too. The house was clean and well decorated, with all necessary amenities. We’d definitely look to book this house again.

Excellent place

Wonderful location. Walked to our seminar at the Hyatt everyday. Walked to the beach with the beach chairs provided. House had absolutely everything we could need. Highly recommend. Host was great with communication and extremely helpful for any questions we had. Would love to stay again.

Great location and large space

The home feels likes it needs to be updated and a little maintenance, but the price was great and it was a great location. If you are looking to be at the beach all day, this is super close and has a walking path out the back door straight to the beach. We left the house at 8:30 am and didn’t come back till after sunset everyday, so it was perfect for us as it was mainly a large place for our larger group to sleep

Overall great place to stay!

Great location between two beaches and activities. The host was easy to get ahold of for questions or concerns. We had a few issues upon arrival but nothing serious. Overall I would recommend staying at this location and will also look at it for future trips! Future tenants bag your garbage because the people before us did not and we had nowhere to put ours until we bagged and took care of thier mess!

Great place to stay

The location is perfect. The walking path takes you to great beaches in both directions. The house is comfortable and a great size for families. It's a very relaxing environment. I highly recommend watching the sunsets and turtles at Poi'pu Beach. And surf lessons at Nukamoi next to Poi'pu Beach... Smith's luau and Shaka "zip and sip", Lydgate chocolate... Long list. You're sure to have fun and this is a great home base for your adventures.The house

Fun Family Stay

We had two families with 4 kids staying in Poipu for 10 days. This house had everything we needed to comfortably enjoy our time in Kauai. It was within walking distance to two nice beaches and had easy access to the rest of the island. The owner was very helpful in getting us set up and settled and did a great job communicating with us. In addition to having everything we needed to cook and grill at home, there were beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, and boogie boards that made heading out easy. We would happily stay here again.
