The perfect place for both privacy and convenience in Montauk. Located 2 blocks from Gurneys & the ocean, and perfectly situated between Montauk and Amagansett train stations. Has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. 1000sft master has a private roof deck. The open kitchen/living room layout is great for families and entertaining. Located on a wooded acre, but with a sunny in-ground pool. Nearby ocean beaches/hither hills state park, and perfect for attending events at nearby Gurneys. Sleeps max 8 adults. 12 with kids.

All rentals must follow East Hampton Town rental policies
-No group rentals or events.
-Rentals in July and August are by month or week only. Weekends accepted on a very last minute basis.

*Please note parking passes are not provided for private beaches.

Perfect Montauk Getaway

This house was perfect for our group! We had the best stay, a very easy process with the host, and couldn’t have enjoyed the pool more.

Great time

Kate was great! The house had everything we needed and more. At first I thought the location was far out from town but I was wrong, it was perfect and 5 min from the beach.

Disappointed

This house needs an overhaul. Honestly I never like to write bad things, but I honestly don’t understand how this house has such glowing reviews. This house cost me over 13k! The oven wasn’t working. The owner sent me a message on VRBO which I didn’t see. I don’t understand why she didn’t call or text me this bit of news. She did provide a convection oven but we were with a large crowd. The walls going up to the master suite are only painted halfway up. The master suite doesn’t have a closet or dresser draws. The furniture is stained. The kitchen faucet sprayer was broken. Cabinets in kitchen don’t close. The kitchen was poorly equipped if you plan on cooking Roofing materials were left on the roof in plain sight. Outdoor furniture and umbrellas were moldy. Lights over the dining table weren’t working. Garage door is rotted out. Took several attempts to close. The beds were very comfortable and the house does have a lot of light

Wonderful property!

We are a family of 6 - a combination of teenagers and adults and had a wonderful stay at this home. The house and property are even more spacious than the photos leaving plenty of room for group gatherings indoor and outdoor, along with individual space for all. The pool and deck are amazing and we spent most of our time there. The neighborhood is quiet but just a 10 minute drive into town (and just 5 to Scarpetta at Gurneys!) Communication and check in were terrific. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Perfect escape!

Me, my husband and my children needs a quick escape from life's craziness and this was the perfect spot. The house is beautiful, quiet location and close to town and beach. Highly recommend!

Relaxing Labor Day weekend

On a spur of the moment whim, I was able to rent Kate's lovely home in Montauk. My daughter and her family joined me on Monday to swim in the beautiful pool and enjoy a great dinner. I would wholeheartedly recommend this home for family gatherings close to all of the activities and beaches in Montauk.

Wonderful stay in modern Montauk home

Kate’s home was beautiful. The house was large, bright, and immaculate. Just like the pictures. The heated pool was absolutely fantastic. Kate had an ample amount of amenities. The home is on a beautiful quiet street, and the beach is a 4 minute drive. Many times we simply walked to the beach. Kate was a great host and very pleasant and professional. I would certainly come back.

Perfect family getaway

We had a family vacation for one week in August. The house was beautiful and spacious. Spectacular sunlight through all the doors and windows. The outdoor patio and pool were a perfect place to have a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at the end the day. The house was very user friendly. It was a super close drive to the beach! Kate was very prompt in replying to all emails and text. We would definitely stay again.

Great summer house!

We loved this house and fell in love with Montauk! Kate was responsive and helpful. House is even better than pics! A/C works like a charm. Pool was gorgeous and even in the 80s we never needed the heater. Location perfect. Master bedroom suite is a gorgeous retreat. We would definitely rent this house again!

Great House!

We rented this house for a girls weekend getaway and it was great! The house is beautiful, spacious, clean and close to the beach/town! The house had all the amenities you could think of! I wish the weather would have cooperated a little more; however, would love to return with my family for a stay to enjoy the beach, pool and backyard!

Great house

We had 4 couples sharing the home for the St Patrick Day parade weekend. The home is clean, airy, and spacious. It was winter so we didnt get to avail ourselves of the outdoor amenities but we loved that it was a short walk down to Gurneys ocean area. Master bedroom suite was amazing. There are 3 BRs downstairs on main level and all are nice sized and private.

Great place for our family gathering!

We stayed here in late June and it was the perfect place to kick off our summer. With 2 toddlers, we found the home to be very child friendly. It also was a great place to gather with the open-layout kitchen and living room. The indoors and outdoors all had speakers and we found the backyard to be a wonderful place for outdoor dining. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect family beach vacation

The house is beautiful and just as advertised in the listing. You will not be disappointed! It's also in a great location in Montauk-- within walking distance to Hither Hills beach but also privately set back enough to fully enjoy hanging out on the deck and pool. The house was well stocked with every amenity you would need. Loved the open format of the kitchen and living room with lots of natural light which made for a social, informal environment during group meals. Close to center of town, restaurants and bars. Kate was super accommodating and easy to work with. I have already sent the link to this home to several friends. Hope to be back soon!

Huge house, Great location, Walk to Beach

Had a great Memorial Day weekend with another family at this house in Montauk. House is well decorated and our group of 8 had plenty of space. Easy walk to the beach but also nice to spend time at the pool in the backyard. Owner was very responsive and offered great recommendations. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!

Perfect location, beautiful home

We stayed the weekend in Montauk and loved our getaway. This home is the perfect location with easy access to the beach for a serene afternoon in the sun, as well as close to town for dinner or a fun night out. The home itself is beautiful, with plenty of space and a large open living area ideal for bringing people together. There's a pool in the backyard, and a nice touch was the huge master suite, which has a separate private deck. The home was immaculate and had all the amenities we needed. I loved the huge kitchen, which had enough space for all of us to enjoy breakfast together. Overall a great weekend in a lovely home, would love to come back.
