Welcome to our beautiful, professionally decorated, very clean10th floor Gulf Front Condo! Accommodates up to 6 guests, 934 square footage. King size bed in master bedroom , 2 bunks in bunk area and queen size sleeper sofa in the living room area. Relax and enjoy your favorite drink while watching the unbelievable views and unforgettable Gulf Sunsets from your own balcony.

Other features of this smart upscale vacation unit includes granite counter tops, full size side-by-side refrigerator flat top stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, crock pot, coffee maker ( regular and Keurig), blender a long with all the dishes, pans and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. Washer and Dryer in the unit. Both bathrooms include a tub/shower combo. The living area and the bedroom each have a large flat screen smart TV and DVD, has cable and free WiFi.

Distance to beach - 50 yards, 1 indoor pool, 2 outdoor pool, 2 outdoor hot tub, 2 indoor hot tub, dry and steam sauna, movie theatre, on site restaurant and bars. Walk to shops, restaurants and bars at Pier Park.

Probably my new favorite place to stay in PCB

Everything was perfect. If I could give more than 5 starts I would. The view from the 10th floor was perfect. Would love to stay here again.

Decent Stay

Overall it was a nice stay. The condo itself is nice. That being said, please note there is an incredibly long wait time for elevators to get to your condo (sometimes an hour).

Perfect Trip

We enjoyed staying at this condo. It was very clean and beautiful. Kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need and bathrooms had more towels than any other condo we've ever stayed at. The handwritten note, snacks and wine were a nice surprise too. We loved the location, which was walking distance to lots of food/shopping options. Staff was friendly and helpful. Communication with the owner was excellent! We had an issue with the a/c not cooling properly our first night (Saturday). I got in touch with the owner around 7 am on Sunday morning to let her know and she had a maintenance guy there and our air was fixed by 11am. She even messaged me back later that evening to make sure everything was good, I appreciated that more than anything!

Beautiful Condo

My family of 5 loved staying in this condo on the beautiful beach in PCB! Lisa was an amazing host and very easy to communicate with when needed!! It’s spacious, the balcony view is amazing, it has any and everything you can dream of to cook with. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Family Beach Vacation

This Condo was Beautiful. Beachfront with Awesome Views of the Gulf. We enjoyed staying here for our family vacation. Lisa was wonderful and answered any questions we had promptly. Our weather was great for this week in June. We had everything we needed for an amazing vacation. The pools were really nice. Our boys loved the outdoor pool and indoor pool too at night time. There were long wait times for the elevator. Especially check-in and check-out times. But we definitely loved the condo and already thinking about coming back next year!

Almost perfect

The condo was beautiful, owners were fantastic, beautiful location. The only downfall was the elevators. We were warned about the elevators but you dont really understand the effect until you are there. At one pointe we had luggage and had to walk down 8 flights of stairs to get it to the car. This is after we waited almost an hour for the elevators, this was at 6:30am.

Just ok

The room itself was great! Our complaint was with the property. Elevators are very slow. And although it was cool outside, the outside pools are not heated. We just won’t be staying at Tidewater anymore

Best vacation ever :)

Our first time going to Florida for vacation and it was amazing ! The condo is so beautiful and clean. I love that everything was provided, even chairs and umbrellas. The balcony has a breathtaking view . Yes, the elevators were very busy but it’s a huge resort and to be expected. We could always find a spot on the beach too , without overcrowding. The owners are very friendly and helpful too . It was just a wonderful vacation and we definitely plan to stay here next year !

Family Beach vacation

The room was nice, the view is beautiful. The Elevator situation, is frustrating. At this building, not the owners fault. But everyone that stayed there when we did dreaded the elevators. They’re always full and take forever. But other than that a quality place for the money. The pools were nice not overly crowded and the beach is the beach. It’s a nice location of PCB. The owner was super nice on the phone and sent polite texts to offer any assistance.

Quick beach get away

Condo was perfect for family…the two bathrooms are so great to have after a trip to the beach. Location is perfect and overlooking waves. Elevators are pain but Lisa was very helpful with tips to get around them. I will definitely stay again

PCB Vacation at Tidewater

Lisa's condo was beautiful. My family and I stayed 4 nights and 5 days and enjoyed every minute. The condo was clean, plenty of towels/wash cloths were provided, Netflix was available, the view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful, and most of all the bed was so comfy! Would definitely recommend this condo for a relaxing stay on the beach!

Stay was magnificent! Condo had everything you needed. The decor was beautiful and made you feel at home. Communication with owner was easy if you would need something or just ask a question. Highly recommend this room! Will definitely be back if available.

Great family getaway!

We stayed at Tidewater a few years back. Said we’d never come back due to the elevators. Tried other properties in similar price range, ended up back at Tidewater. The elevators still make it very challenging. But with all that is available and the location, it can’t be beat. The condo was perfect, well kept, as described, some updates throughout. Miss Lisa was quick to respond to the few questions we had and was very attentive. Overall, great experience. Would love to rent here again! Thank you!

The balcony and view amazing. The bed was comfortable. The toaster, ice maker or tv didn't work. Outdated for the money. Check in was a nightmare. Elevators a nightmare, if not waiting an hour it was maintenance. Never ever Again will i stay here or book thru your site

Nice location

Can’t beat the view from the balcony! It was very peaceful to sit on the balcony and look out at the ocean. We didn’t have any problems with waiting for elevators but we also tried to avoid the busiest times. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pans. Bring some coffee filters if you’re a coffee drinker as well as some beach towels. The bed was on the firm side if you like that. Generally, a nice place to stay.

Great spot and first non hotel in Panama.

We had a great stay here. The place was clean as expected when we entered. Lisa was very polite and easy to communicate with. She left us a little treat for our stay and for our daughters which brightened their faces. This room has a fantastic view from the 10th floor of the beach. She has several chairs on the balcony and some that she lets you use on the beach so you don't have to rent any or bring any. I expect we will stay here again in the future! Thanks, Lisa! Tidewater overall was pretty good. The only bad thing about this place is that the elevators get rather busy at check in and check out time each day.

Great beach views

Loved the pool and the views of the beach. The elevators were extremely busy during our stay which made things a little bit difficult but not unexpected during peak summer vacation days. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone.

Very Clean!

I am married and have 2 daughters. I have worked in health field for over 30 years. I also have over 20 years of experience in Real Estate sales and rentals. I have lived in Indiana until I retired in 2016. I moved to PCB permanently in 2017 with my husband Jeff, who retired as a Captain from Indianapolis Fire Department. In May of 2017, I decided to manage my own condo and it has been a very joyful experience.

I have travelled to PCB on vacation since 1990. I love the beach and the quaint atmosphere of PCB. In 2009 my husband and I decided to purchase a condo at Tidewater as a second home for our family.

It is very easy to fall in love with this property. It's on the beach, my condo is a gulf front unit, the resort has many amenities, places to entertain kids. It is near an outdoor mall Pier Park, Frank Brown Park, Ripley's, Wonder Works, Gulf World, Sea Screamer (sunset, dolphin and snorkel tours), Sea Dragon (pirate ship tour) restaurants and bars.

My unit is professionally and beautifully decorated. Managed and operated by owner. Super clean. It's 934 square foot, which is larger than most 1 BR, 2 BA condo. The gulf view and sunset from the balcony is breath taking.
