Welcome to our Happy Place! Look at that View!!! We are located on the second floor. Sleeps up to 4! Kitchen has full size stainless steel appliances, Granite counter tops, cookware, dinnerware, and utensils! Has 2 Queen size beds. Fitness center on the 3rd floor and a laundry on every other floor. Large Pool with a kiddie Pool. Common area balconies throughout the complex, sorry we do not have a private balcony. Picnic area with grills and picnic tables for your family outings! Snack Bar by pool open seasonal! Best place to watch the sunrise and sunset is on the upper deck above the snack bar. Shuffle Board! Beachfront and only steps to the beach! We are just waiting on you!

There is a age restriction of 21 years old for one guest staying at The top of the gulf. This is a Non-smoking unit. Smoking is allowed in designated areas.

The complex is located in the heart of Panama City Beach on Thomas Drive. Close to popular restaurants Pineapple Willy’s and Hammerhead Fred’s.

So good!! Paula is so nice, as well! The room is perfect for 2 people or even more! Perfect view of the water and so so close to the beach. This room comes with free beach chairs so all you have to do is tell the kiosk person that and you’re good to go! The laundry room is on the 2nd floor and super close to the room as well. Overall perfect! So clean, so nice, and just perfect for the beach!!

Good location

Property location is great for family. Our unit was perfect for two, very clean and pictures online are up to date, so what you see…is what you get. My daughter and her family stayed as well in a different unit. I would recommend

Little slice of heaven

This room has it all! Everything a condo should have and then some. Decorations are perfect....very clean...feels cozy. The beds are so comfortable! The towels are even great...lol The owners have literally outdone themselves with this room.

Great property

This property has everything that you need and has been carefully thought out by the owners when designing. I loved the makeup area (so thoughtful) and the extra outlets near the nightstand. There was even garlic powder for my pizza (go figure). The neighborhood is away from the hustle and bustle of Pier Park but I enjoyed the quiet atmosphere. The host were responsive and very accommodating to my needs. The high ratings are definitely deserved.

Birthday for my girlfriend

It was great only issue we had was in the shower there was some hair on the shower wall that didn’t get removed maybe from the previous guest. Other than that for the price it was good!

Perfect - Again!

Our family of four stayed here in October for Fall Break and immediately rebooked for Spring Break. We were not disappointed. We just love it here: location is fantastic, condo pristine, view is amazing, restaurants close by are delicious (head to the Marina and toward St. Andrew’s for the good options. We highly recommend!

Great Stay

Solo trip. It was convenient with the full kitchen, plenty of room, and a short walk to the pool and beach. Very clean and very quiet. Everyone was friendly.

Not what was expected by the listing

I traveled from Texas to stay here and visit friends and family. I was not allowed to have any friends/family come see me because of the parking pass rules/bracelet rules. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. I came a day late because of traffic issues and ended up leaving 2 days early. There was no point in me spending any additional money when I could not visit with my friends/family which was the entire purpose.

Cozy and quite

Amazing condo with comfortable and inviting decor. Perfect view of the beach and pool, comfortable beds and linens, and had everything we needed for a quick stay away. Nice to have the bunk beds in addition to the extra bed so our kiddos could spread out. Great value! Would definitely stay here again.

My husband Doug, my daughter Madison, and I (Paula) love Panama City Beach! Growing up in Georgia my family would come to Panama City Beach every year. So when I met Doug (he grew up in Las Vegas, NV) I had to take him to the world's most beautiful beaches of the gulf of Mexico and he loved it also. He couldn't believe it had white sand and the water is warm from about April thru October. We hope that you will enjoy it as much as we do!

We love that the Top of the gulf is right on the ocean. You don't even have to get out of the bed to see the beautiful ocean view! Close to attractions, shopping and our favorite restaurants! The complex is clean and well kept.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

The Complex is small and family friendly. Its is also walking distance to the major night clubs if you want to go but far enough away if you don't. It has common area balconies or you can just open your window and enjoy the breeze! Plenty of lounge chairs by the pool and also a kiddie pool.
