FLOOR TO CEILING WINDOWS, "FABULOUS VIEWS" from this 11th floor unit!
*Spring Break- Families preferred*
Spectacular Views from Floor to Ceiling Windows of Gulf, Pier, Pier Park and Lake.. Remodeled January 2022 and still beautifully decorated, beach inspired, bright and sunny 1 bedroom/ 1 bath unit. This unit sleeps 4 adults/persons and 2 children under five years of age with sleeper sofa and bunk beds. (see below)

**Due to new Fire Department regulations: occupancy is limited to a maximum of 4 adults/persons, so therefore Tidewater Association will only issue 4 pool bands for our unit! Anyone over 5 must have a band on while on property.

Comfortable king bed in master bedroom. All rooms have flat screen TV's. Kitchen has granite counter-tops and dishwasher. We offer both Keurig and "Mr. Coffee" type Coffee makers. Unit also has a washer and dryer. Floor to ceiling windows provide a fabulous view of the night life of Pier Park, sunrise to the east, sugar white sands and emerald waters. And several times a year you can view FIREWORKS from the comfort of your condo. Tidewater has all there is to offer in beach amenities- two outdoor pools with hot tubs, indoor heated pool, arcade room, fully equipped weight room with large hot tub inside, coffee and ice cream shop and also a restaurant on site. This unit is just waiting for your family to enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches and all Tidewater has to offer. Tidewater is just a 15 minute walk from Pier Park with more shopping, entertainment, restaurants, Skywheel, movie theaters, IMAX and an amusement park for your enjoyment! Come see us... And remember, BEACH CHAIRS w/UMBRELLA are included in this rental! (1 Mar - 31 Oct)

** Tidewater Association has implemented a $40 Registration Fee per unit for renters in order to receive pool bands and parking passes. Guest can register online or upon arrival at the Association Registration Desk on the 2nd Floor Lobby by Skywalk. ** This fee is above and beyond the charge for rental of our unit! **Tidewater requires the individual making reservations be 25 years of age and occupy the unit during the entire period of the reservation. ID will be required to pick up parking passes and pool bands.

The views were amazing! Located right next to pier park and an overall great location at the beach! The condo was clean, and very well kept. I visit PCB twice a year to visit family and I will definitely be staying here again at some point!

Everything was just amazing including the host!!!! (the elevators really did stay busy the whole time. That is totally out of anyone's control though). Really safe feeling place to stay! Ingrid and Art are fabulous hosts.

This property was amazing. It was bigger and more open than we thought by the pictures. Hosts were great, views were also better than we imagined. We talked to the host a couple times prior to the trip, they were prompt and friendly. Then there was an incident at a nearby property we spoke about (fire/sprinklers down the hall) and again, very caring and considerate with all communication. Also the property was VERY clean!

Very nice condo in a good location with a beautiful view. Unit was well furnished and well stocked. Access upon check in was difficult as the door code for the unit and the garage was incorrect. Building elevators required a lot of patience as they stayed quite busy. Would recommend this unit and host.

Ideal for a beachfront stay with family

Owners Art and Ingrid were delightful to interact with and quick to respond to questions. The condo itself was very clean, felt spacious enough for a family of four, and offered a lovely view of the ocean. Would stay there again!

Panama City Stay

This condo exceeded our expectations as it was the perfect place and the perfect destination. If we ever come back to Panama City we would definitely want to stay there again.

This was probably the cleanest, most well-stocked rental we’ve ever stayed in. We loved the room location, which was sort of hidden on the end. It made us feel safe to keep sandy beach toys and wet sandals outside the door. The beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed for our stay. We loved spending time out on the balcony, which has a view of the ocean and the pier. It was a huge help to have the chair and umbrella rentals included. We went down around 8am every day to try to get chairs in the front row. They open by 8:30am. The beach in front of the resort is fantastic. The only downside, and it’s a big one, is the elevator situation. The owners warned about the elevators being busy at peak times, but it was worse than we expected. You often have to wait a long time to catch an elevator that has enough room for a luggage cart or a beach wagon. It’s worse during check-in and check-out times and on the weekends. Be sure to save the number for building security because if they have the elevators on override, and you are trying to come down from the condo, you can call them to make sure you get picked up. We sort of learned how to avoid the worst times, but it did impact some of the things we decided to do. Overall, we had a great stay and loved the condo! If staying again, I would just plan to check in and out on weekdays.

When we walked into this unit, the floor to ceiling windows with views of Pier Park the Gulf of Mexico and the Pier! Well that just did it for us, and we're sure you will enjoy the view too.

The view is the thing in this unit... East end unit with floor to ceiling windows with views of the Emerald Gulf of Mexico, Sugar White Sands, The Pier at Pier Park, and of course the night lights of Pier Park! As well as the many amenities offered at Tidewater Beach Resort! Tidewater has both indoor and outdoor pools and sauna. The large fitness center offers views of the Gulf while you exercise. There is an on site restaurant and a movie theater.
