Lovely

Lovely place right on the beach. Amazing having the Adirondack chairs right there to enjoy the waves. Perfect location in Carlsbad.

Weekend in Carlsbad

Enjoyed time spent on the patio watching the surfers. Studio is small but location is perfect. Check in was easy and office staff was pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Beach front property

My husband and I just spend three nights and it was absolutely beautiful. The owner/manager Kurt was extremely nice. The one bedroom had all the needed amenities; it is literally right on the beach but provides you with privacy if wanted. Definitely would recommend and definitely will plan on coming back.

Amazing!

The view when we opened the door to our condo was amazing!!! The condo was nicely updated and had everything you need for a stay by the beach. My daughter was so happy to be right on the beach. Kurt was super nice and extremely helpful. Will definitely stay here again!!!

Love the location: on the beach and walking distance to numerous good restaurants

I was very happy overall with the property. It was on the beach as promised and it is a beautiful beach. It was located close to many restaurants and interesting stores. No need to drive your car once you arrive if you don't want to. I plan on returning sometime in the future.

Beautiful

We had a very relaxing and fun time staying at this condo in Carlsbad. The view is spectacular from the balcony and I loved everything being in walking distance. The condo was also comfortable and supplied everything we needed. The owner ,Kurt, was a pleasure to rent from. I would definitely stay there again. Nancy k Scottsdale, AZ

Amazing Location on the Beach!

My Husband and I had such a great stay at the Seashore on the Sand! We had everything we could have hoped for, right on the Beach just as advertised! We enjoyed sitting on the Lanai every day watching the amazing waves and felt like we were right on the sand, (without the sand). Kurt was awesome, we enjoyed talking with him and he was super easy going and so accommodating. We would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back again next year! Thanks so much for having such a great place for us to stay and enjoy the cool coast from the AZ heat!

Unbeatable location

Great location right on the beach with beautiful sunsets! Nice to be able to walk to so many restaurants and shops in Carlsbad Village. Comfortable bed with extra pillows and blankets. So nice to hear the ocean lull you to sleep. Shower was excellent and nice to have two sinks in bathroom. I knocked one star off on cleanliness for living room valences that were quite soiled but otherwise unit was clean. Easy check-in...so great to have a code to enter and not have to deal with keys. Overall, a great stay!

Best Location

Best location in Carlsbad; easy access to the beach and downtown area for shopping, bars, and restaurants. Nothing better than opening the windows and falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves!

Best Babymoon!

It was such an amazing stay at here at Seashore on the Sand. I couldn't have been happier with the location. The blacony overlooking the ocean is unmatched! We will totally be back! Our time here exceeded our expectations and we are already looking for an excuse to book again!

Great Beachfront Condo

Our stay was fantastic at this beachfront condo. Everything was as advertised and the unit was clean and updated. Plenty of plates and utensils along with your basic appliances. The Keurig was a nice extra. We looked down directly at the beach, and had a spectacular view of the ocean and the sunsets. We'll definitely look to stay here again.

We work hard to make sure that our units are in perfect condition and extra clean including sanitation according to the guidelines. We are also on property most of the time so we give hotel like service that you don't find in basic vacation rentals, We pride ourselves on a professional operation.

Seashore on the Sand

This is our favorite place to stay in Carlsbad! They upgraded us to a bigger unit and it was amazing as well. Our bed linens were dirty when we arrived but there was a washer/dryer in the unit so I did a little laundry. Other than that, it was perfect as usual! This was the first time we have ever had any kind of issue with this building and it was an easy fix. We will be back for sure.

The weather was amazing and the room was all we thought it would be. Sleeping with the ocean was difficult to leave. The location is close to all the restaurants and shopping. We'd definitely stay again! Pricey? Yes. But worth every penny We loved it

We are happy that you enjoyed it. We think that we have the best beach location in Southern California. Perhaps the only one in North County where you are literally one block from downtown and walking distance to over 25 restaurants. We don't like to think of our units as pricey as they are a far better value than our neighboring hotel that charges at least as much for a regular hotel room and ours are full condos with living room and kitchen. We look forward to your return as we count on repeat guests to make up a huge percentage of our bookings.

Awesome beach getaway

What a wonderful place. Well kept, clean and very conveniently located to awesome restaurants. And right on the beach. They had boogey boards, chairs etc and we just had a blast on the beach every day. The hosts were just wonderful. There was some mix up in the booking and Lisa gave us a gift certificate to a wonderful family owned Italian restaurant. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the stay, jogging, walking, boogey boarding and watching sunsets from the balcony. One of our best vacations
