Our first floor end unit condo is quiet and relaxing. 2 bedrooms and 2 full sized bathrooms plus a pull out sofa bed with memory foam mattress. There is also a nice screened porch off the dining room. The condo is decorated with owner's artwork which adds a nice personal touch. Close to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. We are 4 miles from Lewes Beach and about 5 miles from Rehoboth Beach.
Bedrooms are at the rear of the property which makes for a nice, quiet, peaceful haven. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and the second bedroom has a queen sized bed. There are flat screened tv's with ROKU in the family room and both bedrooms so guests can enjoy movies and their favorite tv shows on HULU and NETFLIX. High speed internet is also included. There is a Nintendo Wii in the family room with lots of games. Both bedrooms have a walk in closet. The "OnSuite" master bath has double sinks for added comfort and convenience. We take pride in offering a beautiful environment which feels like home, not like a typical "rental unit." The pool is lovely and relaxing. We really enjoy it after a day at the beach.

We also like to make sure our guests have everything they need from spices for cooking to steak knives and wine glasses. We added this second property because our other property was so well received and full of guests that we didn't have an opportunity to stay ourselves.

First trip to Delaware

It was the perfect space for me and my two dogs. It had all the amenities you could need and more. The location was quiet and just a short distance to all the local beaches, restaurants and attractions. The neighborhood behind the condo was a nice place to walk and even had a pond to walk around. I really enjoyed my stay and hope to book again next year!

Lewes condo

Wonderful property and location. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Only negative was it could have been cleaner. Dust everywhere and the screened in porch was filthy. We paid a pricey cleaning charge so someone is not doing their job.

Perfect location!!

This is our second time staying in this condo. Location is perfect...close to everything. Our dog comes with us and there is plenty of room to walk him. Owners are very responsive. Would stay again.

Labor Day 2024

1st floor condo which is great for dogs and older people as building does not have an elevator. Great location for shopping and Lewes beaches. Very clean, nice pool and listing very accurate. Host is very responsive to texts.

Always A Great Vacation

Barb is great to rent from. Her places are always clean and has everything you need! In years past, we needed to bring sheets, towels, etc. but now they are provided, which makes traveling a bit easier. It’s a nice location-not too far a drive from the beach and there’s a community pool available. It’s a nice place to stay for the week.

Great location!

Great location at this dog friendly condo in Bay Crossing. So convenient to have first floor access, no stairs easy to go in and out with the dog, pack and unpack. Bed in master bedroom was super comfortable! Weather cooperated and I was able to sit out on the screened porch. Quiet neighborhood, very peaceful. Slept better than I do at home! Close to shopping and beaches. Thank you for the opportunity to stay at this cute condo!

Great first floor doggie friendly condo

This is a lovely and ground floor end unit that is dog friendly. We had a wonderful long weekend. We walked to Bethany Blues and the location is such that going anywhere in the Lewes Rehoboth area is easy.

Christmas getaway

Great getaway for family with dog. Good location for easy access to beaches to take long walks with the dog during Christmas holiday. Food and outlets easy drive. Condo has all amenities needed. Communication with owner was great.

Great place for Lewes and Rehoboth

Barb and Barry have created a great home for a stay of a few days or longer. Nicely equipped, clean, comfortable, and great location. Excellent parking. Great communication with Barb before and during our stay. We will visit again when visiting the area.

Great Condo and Location

The condo is in a great location and very comfortably furnished. Barb was great to work with and provided simple, clear instructions. The first floor location was perfect for our dogs. There was plenty of space to walk the dogs and many bag stations available on the property. If you’re visiting Lewes or Rehoboth Beach I highly recommend this condo.

Always a great stay

We were on our annual Jazzfest/Wedding Anniversary trip to Rehoboth Beach. This is our second year renting from Barb and Barry. The condo is perfect for us; accommodation, location, everything. We've already requested to book for next year.

My husband and I are from Lancaster County PA. We have four children between the two of us. We enjoy bringing our 2 Labradors on vacation with us. We had been visiting the Lewes/Rehoboth area as campers for several years and loved the area so much that we decided to purchase our own place. That was when we purchased our first condo. There was such a great demand for a nice, clean, affordable pet friendly rental that we were constantly booked and had a hard time carving out time for us to visit. So, we decided to take the chance and purchase an additional property in the same neighborhood. We are so glad we did. We love our second condo as much as our first one and love sharing it with others!

We chose this property because it has such a great location! The neighborhood is quiet and everyone is friendly. Many walk their dogs around. There are several nice ponds and two stations which provide dog waste bags.

Other than loving the neighborhood setting, we chose this property because because of it's proximity to our other property in the same complex. Please read our reviews on VRBO #804562. Both have the same layout and amenities.

Because we have two in Bay Crossing, it might work well for larger groups to rent both at the same time.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

We supply quality sheets. The beds are made when the guests arrive which is very convenient and pleasant. We have a wonderful maid who does an excellent job of cleaning the condo and making the beds for each new set of vacationers. There are beach chairs and a beach umbrella in the outside closet as well as a cooler to take to the beach. Our kitchen is very well stocked with lots of plates, silverware, cooking utensils and pots and pans. We also have a crockpot, both Keurig and regular coffee makers, toaster, blender, etc..... There is a brand new stainless steel dishwasher in the kitchen as well, Water pressure in the shower is great and the hot water heater s also new! We have done everything we can think of to make this a home.
