THE THREE R's

This lovely Dewey Beach cottage is a throw back to the simple days of vacationing at the beach. Located on the bay side of Ocean Highway it is a short walk to the beach or to the bay. Situated in the heart of Dewey, EVERYTHING is within walking distance.

The cottage is the west side of a duplex and features classic notty pine throughout, a signature look of the early Dewey Beach homes. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. In the large living room are 2 day beds for sleeping extra guest. A large screened in porch with large ceiling fan is the perfect setting for morning coffee or just chilling after a day at the beach. If you want to head into Rehoboth for an evening the Jolly Trolly stop is at the end of the street in front of Grotto Pizza. However, the best way to see what Dewey has to offer is by foot. Everything is a short walk away.

Pets are welcome (additional fees) limited to 2 pets. A maximum of 6 guest are allowed which includes all adults and children. We reserve all bookings to families or responsible and respectful adults only. Please no groups. You must provide you own linens, towels and paper products. Each bedroom has a Full size bed. The day beds in the living room are considered Twin. Smoking is limited to the screened in porch area.

The cottage has central air conditioning and heat for off season enjoyment. All bookings between Memorial Day week and Labor Day week are a minimum of one week . Long weekends are available for off season. Summer Rentals is from Saturday to Saturday. Off street parking is provided for 4 cars. The living room has cable TV, and DVD player. There is free internet access. TV is The kitchen is equipped with complete range, microwave, toaster, blender, Coffee Pot, Keurig and all pots, pans and silverware. There is a gas grill on the side deck. (we do not maintain the propane bottle)

All rates are plus 3% Dewey Renters Tax
There is a $400.00 Security Deposit (waived if insurance is purchased)

Half payment is due at booking.

Wonderful beach cottage

This was our second summer at this house and with the renovation to the bathroom it was even better!! Great value and location in Dewey!!

Perfect Cottage

We really enjoyed the location and the cottage itself. Close to everything, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay again. Walk right to the beach and restaurants and bars and the trolley stop to rehoboth. Loved the screened in porch.

Beach Cottage Get-Away

Ronald was very welcoming and the cottage was better than the photos portrayed. Surprisingly close to all the Dewey hotspots and very short walk to beach. We were very pleased and would definitely stay again.

Great little cottage, fantastic location, nicely kept and with a fully stocked kitchen …..and a true throwback to the good ole days. It’s adorable! The host is responsible and flexible- a really nice person! Second time here and definitely want to stay here again!

Amazing place!

I stayed here with a couple of friends and we enjoyed this place so much we want to come back! It was a duplex but we had no problems! The owner lived next door and he was nothing but helpful and caring.

Loved this cabin at the beach!

Location of rental is fantastic, between the beach and bay- with walking distance to everything. Rental was immaculate and very comfortable, with well equipped kitchen and very nice living room. Beds were amazingly comfy! We just loved the charm and vibe- and especially the screened in porch! We had a wonderful relaxing stay and can’t wait to go back. Host was very kind, responsive and accommodating!

Another amazing stay at the cottage! Pet friendly, convenient and a very well stocked kitchen! Great little outdoor area. We love the screened in porch!!! Fantastic updates this year to lighting and bathroom were very nice! Ron is an amazing host and a super nice guy. We truly love staying here!

We LOVE the cottage! This is our 4th year and we already booked for next year 2026! Ron is great and personable. The arrival is so easy and welcoming! Things we love: easy unloading and loading the car, the screened in porch, the yard space and trees and garden, the spacious rooms, THE NEW BATHROOM SHOWER, The new living room furniture, ease to get to the beach and music and free meals at the North Beach bar, dog friendly and all at a great price. I hung a bird feeder for our visit and got a bunch of red winged black birds!

Easy walk to the beach and a great street! Also a playground a few steps from the cottage!

Classic vintage cottage

The check in was seamless as usual. The kitchen offers a drip coffeemaker, a Keurig, toasters, blender and plenty of basic dishes, glasses and cups. Personally, I would like to have a baking sheet, and some larger bowls added along with a few storage containers. The screened in porch is a welcome place for coffee in the morning and for relaxing with beverage in the evening under the ceiling fan.

Wonderful Getaway

We have been coming to this cottage for several years and we are in love with it. Short walk to the beach on one side and short walk to the bay on the other side. Food, drink, other necessities right around the corner. If you want to stay in and cook, that can be conveniently done. Screened in porch on the side is delightful. Ron has remodeled the bathroom and it is grand. We know if we have any problems, Ron will take care of them, however, we never have any b/c he has everything organized. We will return again as soon as we can for another relaxing stay.

We Love the Cottage!

This was our fourth summer at the beach cottage/cabin. It’s very spacious and we love the private breezy screened in porch! Our grandkids come and we have space for everyone to enjoy dinner together! We love the huge TV for a movie night! The new sofas are very comfy and so are the beds! The yard is nice for kids and dogs too! There’s also a washer and dryer and a grill and picnic table. The kitchen is equipped for cooking and eating in to save money! Parking and loading and unloading your car is so simple just a few steps! The walk to the beach is easy and the bay sunset is great! Our grandkids love the playground across the street too!! See you next year! nice

Fantastic Stay

We had such a great week at Ron’s classic beach cottage. Pictures don’t do it justice! Walked to the beach every day and relaxed most afternoons/evenings in the screened in porch. Hope to come again! Thanks for hosting us!
