Home away from home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've rented this unit so many times that we lost count. The past trip we noticed that there were several updates made inside the unit. The appliances were replaced, along with the washer and drying I think. I have no doubt that we'll be renting again.

We loved the condo! The pictures didn’t do it justice. Elevators weren’t great on check in day ( Saturday) but too be expected but decent the rest of the week! We had a family of 7 and it was plenty big enough! Everything we could have needed!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay! The unit was perfect for our family. It was clean and had everything we needed. We cooked dinner in the room a couple nights and went out a couple nights. The view is absolutely perfect. The location was great, being right on the beach and having restaurants and other activities close by. Our only critique is that the pools and lazy river could be cleaned more frequently. The further into our stay we got, the dirtier the lazy river became. By our last day there was an unbelievable amount of sand in the lazy river. The food at the pool cafe is not worth the price.

Wonderful Views and Location.

We saw dolphins swimming multiple times a day and loved the location! Only a few minutes from Gulf Shores and not to far from everything in Orange Beach!

Condo was absolutely beautiful, well stocked with everything we could possibly need. Clean, loved the pools and lazy river. Bar restaurant was delicious. Balcony view was fabulous. Hope to come back!!!

Love this condo!

Love the layout and space of this condo. Lots of room and plenty of bathrooms. Very quiet and family friendly. Lots of fun things to do.

Best location for relaxation and views

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo. It had more than we needed, and everything was set to make it feel like our home. The view was absolutely breathtaking and the ease of getting to the beach was perfect. I recommend this location to anyone going to Orange Beach. We plan to rent this same condo next year because of how perfect it was.

So nice! So clean! Exactly as pictured!

This condo was exactly as pictured and described. It was SO clean and so nice. Decorated so cute too! Beds were comfortable, towels were nice, and felt homey. The beach was so beautiful and the sand was so soft. My family had a great stay and a great time! We’ll be back!

Loved Phoenix II!

This property was exactly as listed with accurate pictures and descriptions. The condo is spacious and comfortable and provides everything you’d need for a relaxing beach vacation. We’ll definitely be back!

If I had to mention one small downside, it would be that the elevators were a bit slow at times, but that’s totally understandable for a building with 32 floors. We would absolutely stay here again

Spot On!

As always, one is always concerned when booking condos they have not seen in person. This condo was Spot On! The pictures depict the condo perfectly. Very clean, great amenities. Perfect location for everything you want to see and do. Definitely would recommend. Already booked for next season!! Can't wait.

This was our 7th trip to the area. We've stayed at a few other condos and rented a beach house during our different trips. The Oasis was right there at the top of our stays. The location is great, the beach is perfect and the lazy river was superb. Our condo on the 29th floor was very clean, had everything we could think of and was so nice. My daughter is pregnant and likes the AC to be very cold. The condo had no issues keeping up! We had an issue with the clothes dryer and the owners were super attentive! The balcony wasn't private as other people could look at you from their balconies. My family prefer a more private balcony but I didn't find it to be a big deal. We enjoyed watching sharks, stingrays/skates (?) and sea gulls from our balcony. My husband didn't care for the parking garage but we have a big SUV and we don't like ANY parking garages. Our stay was in early May and we didn't have any issues with the elevators being slow. We'd never stayed in Orange Beach before and I really liked the location as it's still in the heart of things but a little away from the busier Gulf Shores.

Phoenix west 2 review

I was so excited to try the Phoenix west 2. The room was just what we needed and the staff was very nice. However, do NOT put your beach items in there holding area that is for hotels guests only. Our entire beach wagon with life jacket and toys was stolen. There was a camera right where we parked it so I reported it to security. I don't even think that he ever looked it up. When asked about it, he said "there are just so many people that walk through there" Well, we gave the time frame and advised him of the exact camera that he needed to look at. Also, apparently they turn down the fridge, so it too 24-36 hours for it to cool enough for milk and other refrigerated items. Finally, do not try to attempt he elevators during peak times. You will be waiting 15-20 minutes just to get to your room. There are not enough elevators for the amount of people. We made the best of it and enjoyed our room, but I will probably not stay at the Phoenoix West 2 again.

Excellent property with all the amenities one could want. Great stuff for the grandkids to do with splash pad, indoor pool, outdoor pools with lazy river and water slide. Beautiful view and great location. Check in time elevator with carts was the only negative but went smoothly after that. Our six adults and five 6yrs and under couldn’t have enjoyed it more and would love to go back

Great location right on the beach. There are several pretty strict rules at the property but they aren’t really unreasonable. This property is pretty close to the top, which offers great views, but also long waits for elevators just about any time you need to go anywhere. Other than that, it’s a great place to stay.
