Sit back on the deck and enjoy the beautiful views of Moonstone Beach. Only a short walk to the sand for morning meditation, or a sunset stroll. This is a great spot for those who would rather walk than drive on their vacation, conveniently located between Cambria's West Village and Moonstone Beach. Come into town for some local art, dining and shopping. Bring your dog along, Cambria is very dog-friendly, and yours will love sunning on the wraparound deck, the single level spaciousness, and other creature comforts. There is WiFi, DVD/CD player. Ocean Views from almost every room, new carpet, a new Crate and Barrel high-top table with 4 chairs, a Gas BBQ for the perfect BBQ, private and quiet. Appropriately named, this is a cool house, with a really cool view!! Single level, short walk to Moonstone Beach or West Village, spectacular ocean views, deck, washer / dryer, 55 inch TV over the fireplace in livingroom, Tv in the master bedroom, VCR, WiFi Internet, gas BBQ, wood burning fireplace and garage. Vacation

Absolutely loved this house. The deck looking at the ocean and the open windows in the living room made it the perfect place to not want to leave. 5min walk to moonstone beach was everything that we were looking for. Will be looking to stay here again for sure.

Just as pictured and described

Adorable house and neighborhood. Perfect for our quiet family. The highway noise wasn’t terrible, but had we wanted to spend more time on the deck, it might have been problematic.

Sound of the surf

We have stayed here before and love the comfort and accessibility of this home. It's not on the beach, but the sound of the surf is magical, especially at night. IT's clean, well kept, and a really nice neighborhood.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely place - great view, short walk to beach, clean and spacious, well-equipped kitchen. My only comment is that it was hard to figure out how to use the TV - maybe provide clearer instructions and troubleshoot the system.

Peaceful escape from LA

We were very happy with our stay this year in Cambria. The house was clean, the kitchen recently remodeled, the layout perfect, and the view and sound of the waves at night just so relaxing and restorative. We also loved the neighborhood and closeness to the east village. We will return soon.

Great views and a great location.

This house is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The large, wrap around balcony with ocean views is just glorious.

Great getaway

1st time renting a house. Have stayed on moonstone a dozen times in different hotels but this was the best with plenty of room , 2 bathrooms, full kitchen and a great view from the back patio

Friends get together

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is clean things are in good working order. The kitchen is fairly well stocked. There is only one knife so be prepared for that if you plan on cooking. This house sits above HWY 1 and there is a lot of road noise all thru the day and night I would recommend earplugs. Overall we had. Great stay.

We love Cambria

The house was perfect for two active adults who love long walks and swimming/surfing. We had everything we needed in this charming house, conveniently located to everything. View and location are outstanding. I’ll bring my dog next time.

Relaxing

Good comfortable house. Wish we knew ahead of time the house was steps away from HWY 1. The walk to the beach was longer than advertised. Needs more glassware. We did relax.

We have stayed in this home many times and always have a great stay.Was the vacation rental in a great location? Yes! In a quiet neighborhood, short walk to Moonstone Beach, and close to Main Street shops and amenities.Was the home clean and in good shape? Yes! Always spotless and well supplied.Was the vacation rental management staff helpful? Convenient contactless key delivery at Scenic’s shop on Main Street makes it quick and easy to get into the house on arrival. The office staff is there during regular working hours, and there is an emergency after hours phone line in case of any problems.

Last Family Trip

The property was nearly perfect for what will be my dad’s last trip to the coast, kitchen was well equipped to cook a stellar meal, check in was seamless, the views are truly stunning all day, I also appreciate the succulence and native birds it attracts, as well as its closeness to downtown Cambria. Only minor complaint is that the living room couch and chairs aren’t very comfortable

As advertised!

Beautiful! The home is in perfect proximity to the ocean and town. Loved the beautiful sunsets from the deck..and only 3 blocks from moonstone boardwalk. The fireplace was amazing..hearing the ocean as we slept was zen...i loved the open living room, all windows towards the ocean was an amazing sight to see every evening and morning..this place was perfect in my book..i would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone....but just one tiny negative...the shower heads are meant for people 4 ft and under..lol..had such a hard time washing my hair. .please adjust the shower heads! Thanks!

Summer get away with Mr. Jeeves

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love the Central Coast and this rental is perfect for day tripping even as far away as Carmel and Monterey. We have a small Scottish Terrier so dog friendly is essential. This house is exactly as pictured. Renovated baths and kitchen made it more comfortable. Road noise from Highway 1 is a bother as is fog in June but that was the only downside. What would have been extremely helpful is a notice in the house about local potential dangers for dogs such as Foxtail which are everywhere! Our dog picked up one and thanks to an amazing vet it was removed but with much anguish and pain on the part of our do and us. Be aware if you have a dog they are prolific along the boardwalk and Fiscaliani Ranch Preserve. Fantastic neighbor to the right with two dogs as well. Quiet community, great restaurants and a place to renew. The WiFi should be upgraded as should the Smart TV. Both are frustrating in the extreme!
