Welcome to the oceanfront paradise on Kauai at Waipouli Beach Resort Unit F-204!

This unit is a 2 Master Suite bedroom with 3 full bathroom floorplan. Each Master Suite comes with a smart flat screen television, balcony, dresser and double sink bathrooms equipped with both shower and bathtubs. (Yes, we provide hair dryers!)

Central AC throughout the unit, as well as your own Washer / Dryer. Updated gourmet kitchen for all your culinary needs.

This private oasis is walking distance to some of the best restaurants on island and is centrally located on the east side.

Great stay

Family of five stayed for a week. Condo worked out great for us. Location is located in the middle of the island road and made it easy to get to both ends and everything in between.

Kauai with the kids

This was a great place for our family. Centrally located on the island, close to swim beach parks, restaurants within walking distance. Stores and groceries close by. Pool and hot tubs were great, clean and warm. Everything as advertised.

LOVED Waipouli Beach Resort

Beautiful property in a wonderful location! Rented bikes and snorkel gear, enjoyed the pool area, quiet and relaxing! Comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. Highly recommend! Mahalo🌺

Family Kauai trip

Our family had a great stay at your resort. Property is well maintained and is close to grocery store or any island needs. We loved the location for traveling either North or South on the island. Would recommend to others.

Perfect location on Kauai

Beautiful property and well appointed condo. Our hosts were gracious and available. Would definitely recommend for families, friends or anyone. Restaurant on site is excellent. Pools and hot tubs were great with plenty of room for all. The location is perfect for exploring the island as it is centrally located. Thank you John and Jenna!!

We had a great time. Place was as listed, clean, and centrally located. Great to have the pool and beach right out the front door. Was able to walk for food and shaved ice. The only thing that could have made my trip even better was a little spice and coffee supplies to get you started.

Great property for Kauai vacation

Everything was exceptional. Your condo unit was perfect for our stay with two couples. Clean, comfortable, spacious, classy. The resort pool area, Oasis bar/restaurant and beach out front were all fantastic places to enjoy our vacation.

Great condo on the beach!

Condo was very clean and well appointed. Resort had ample amenities. Great location on the beach and close to services. Only gripe is the onsite bar and restaurant was not open until 4:00 pm. No food and drink service by the great pool.

Waipouli Beach Resort spoke to us as a central location with the best neighborhood. We wanted a private ocean front location with a large pool close to groceries and restaurants. We were looking for a location central to the island so any activity wouldn't be too far away. Waipouli Beach Resort provided all of that and more.
