Enjoy this Packwood home custom designed and built by us with fully stocked kitchen, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors and all wood accents. The deck is huge with deck furniture, new hot tub, firepit and bbq. There are 2 smart TV's with YoutubeTV and free ROKU. Enjoy the fireplace, washer/dryer and fast wifi. There are 2 queen bedrooms and 1 new king bed in the master that sleep up to 6 guests.

If you are bringing a dog please note we only allow ONE SMALL DOG under 25lbs for a $39 fee. In your reservation request please let us know what kind of dog you have and how many pounds he is!

In winter you will love White Pass Ski Resort, only 15 miles away with amazing trails and lifts with great views of Mt Rainier. And White Pass has incredible snow as we are on the lighter side of the Cascades! Plan your ski vacation now!

In summer and fall enjoy Mt Rainier National Park. The closest Mt Rainier National Park entrance is Steven's Canyon entrance which is 7 miles away open late May to October.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath chalet is in Packwood, WA, three miles east of Packwood with shops and restaurants and 2 new breweries!

We have 1 security camera facing the parking area only.

My husband and I had a great stay at Forest Ridge Chalet. After long days hiking Mt Rainier we appreciated coming back to the cabin to relax. The communication was great and everything as described in the listing. We were a little worried that the closest entrance into Mt Rainier would be closed due to construction on 123 but the Stevens Canyon Entrance was open and very convenient. Everything was very clean and plenty of dishes for a crowd. We enjoyed seeing the stars from the back deck. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. This was a great value for the space and convenience to the park. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, great house, would stay again. Easy check-in, good communications.Things are starting to look a little tired (couches, bedding, rugs). The air conditioning worked great downstairs (but was very noisy), the upstairs air conditioning was not adequate.

Great home base while visiting Mt Rainier National Park

Nice cottage near Mt Rainier

Quite and beautiful neighborhood. Close to both Paradise and Sunrise districts of the Mt Rainier national park. Clean bathrooms and beds. Truly enjoyed the stay.

Loved it. Affordable. Timberline is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The hot tub is nice. There are a ton of strawberry plants in the grass. I bet staying there when they're ripe would be incredible. I accidentally left a jacket. They charge 25 plus shipping for left behind items. A reasonable policy. Be sure to bring shampoo and conditioner. They provide soap bars only.

White Pass/Spring break getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Forest Ridge Chalet! The cabin was very clean (and pet friendly) with all the essentials needed for our 4 night stay. We cooked, hiked, relaxed, hot tubbed, watched movies (on included Netflix)... if only the skiing conditions were better, it would have been the perfect trip. I'm sure we'll be back. Thanks, Bob!

Comfortable accommodation near White Pass

We had a great stay at the Chalet. Plenty of room for the four of us. The beds are very comfortable. Great location, Packwood is a short drive away, and White Pass a bit further down the road for skiing and snowshoeing.

Wonderful mid week stay

We had a wonderful time at our stay near White Pass. The resort home had everything we needed. It was very clean and quiet. We had a great time skiing at the pass and it was easy getting to town for groceries and dinner. Thanks for having us, we hope to visit again.

Ski Trip to White Pass

The setting of the cabin was great - beautiful trees and quiet. The 20-minute drive to the White Pass Ski Area was easy along US-12. We cooked half of our meals at the cabin and found the kitchen well supplied. The outdoor hot tub was very enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.

This place was perfect!

We loved everything about this house. There was plenty of space for 4 adults, and probably 6 had we had two more join us. The kitchen, dining and living spaces were all very spacious. We were close to Packwood and close enough to White Pass. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Great house for a great price

This house was great for our weekend ski get away. Cosy and clean. The hot tub was great too. They provide internet and Netflix which was nice. The house has no games so if you are a family who likes to play games on vacation plan ahead and bring your own.

We (Sybille and I) did not purchase this home, we designed and built it (as we did all 3 of our cabins in Packwood). So we oversaw the construction of every detail from framing to flooring, cabinetry to bedding. You will never be disappointed staying in one of our vacation rentals.
