Welcome! Enjoy your stay at our spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bath open floor plan home. Fully equipped modern kitchen, with dishwasher. Large open living and dining room area with sliding doors going out to a large outdoor deck, gas grill, fenced in backyard, garage, and driveway. Master bedroom is one Queen sized bed and TV, second bedroom has 2 twin beds, a pull out Queen sleeper couch in the living room. All furniture is brand new recently purchased. Washer and dryer are located in basement. Central A/C, WiFi, TV in living room. Newly renovated bathroom with large walk in shower, also there is an outdoor shower. Property is a short drive to Hyannis Center, Restaurants, Shopping, Ferries to Martha's Vineyard & Nantucket, Kennedy Memorial, and Beaches.

We had a lovely time. The neighborhood was quiet and close to the beach and beach pass made our beach day so convenient! We had plenty of room for our party of 5!

Host was very accommodating and great with communication. Check-in was very easy. House was comfortable for our family of four. Location is nice. Whale watching tour out of Hyannis was great. Stores are walking distance - very convenient. Would stay here again!

Lisa was amazing! We arrived early to head to the beach before check in and asked if we could park one of our cars there so we only had to pay for one. She told us to run in and grab the beach pass so we did have to pay! House was so cute, we will definitely be booking this place again

This was a wonderful experience! The location was perfect - just down the street from family and anything we wanted to do in the Mid-Cape area. The house was comfortable and clean and the bonus was the ability to use the garage! It was great especially given the cold weather and snow! We will definitely stay again and would recommend this property!
