Vacation and relaxation! Perfect white sand beach and all the comforts of home.
Beautiful getaway town home with gorgeous white sand beach access! The Sugar Beach complex is a family friendly complex located right on the beautiful, white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Our 2 bedroom town home is part of Sugar Beach, which is an intimate U shaped complex with a heated pool right in the center. There are only a few units sharing our stunning beach while nearby resorts have over 200 units sharing their beachfront.
While our unit does not have a gulf view, the beach and heated pool are conveniently only steps away. You also have the bonus of a private patio complete with patio table, chairs, and umbrella. You get the best of both worlds outdoors!
Inside you can relax in our open floor plan with kitchen, dining, living area (with full size pull out) and half bath downstairs. Upstairs, you will have access to a master bedroom with king bed and a second bedroom with two queen beds. A roll away bed is available upon request. Also upstairs is a large bathroom with double vanity and full sized laundry facilities. FREE Cable and WIFI are included throughout the unit.
You won't have to bring a thing as we have thought of everything and have it included for you. We even have movies and games for your enjoyment. Navarre is one of Florida's Best Kept Secrets...ENJOY!

I loved the room. It had plenty of space for the whole family and was within walking distance from the beach. Check-in was simple and we loved the amenities like a nearby pool and washer and dryer.

This condo is right by beach! My family enjoyed walking to the beach and then cooling off in the pool after.The condo was clean and had everything you could need for your trip.Perfect place and perfect vacation.We will be returning !

Clean, decorated thoughtfully and nice. The home has everything you’d need on your vacation and then some! And the owners are very responsive and nice, we’ll definitely book again in the future!

We had a wonderful experience. This place was amazing and so clean . We ended up in the middle of a tropical storm during our trip and the host sent text letting us know about the upcoming weather. So nice. They have thought of everything . Can’t wait to go back

Good location, condo was well stocked kitchen and bathrooms with good quality towels, linens, dishes. Condo was nicely decorated and clean, the patio was handy and the chairs and toys provided to use were great for the kids. Being able to use the back gate to go to and from beach kept sand from being tracked all through the rooms. The beach area for this condo is excellent and not crowded even when 100 yds or so either way chairs were double rows.

We had a great visit to Navarre. The place was clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, and even little extra toiletry items. Loved having a private patio with grill and plenty of chairs to chillax and enjoy the night air. Thanks again from the great Commonwealth of Kentucky!

We loved it. Short walk to the beach. Very clean and lots of pots, pans, towels,etc. There was an extra fold up bed in the master that although we did not use could have been. Nice pool. Definitely enjoyed the stay.

This property is everything we wanted in a vacation. I had never stayed this far north in Florida before and the beach had white, soft sand and great waters!! The walk to the beach was so smooth. You walk right out the door and down the sidewalk and the boardwalk is right there and leads you right to the beach. The pool is also right out the front steps!! The house was so clean and has everything you could possibly think of. The king bed in the master bedroom was so comfy and so were the pillows (so comfy I was half tempted to text Debbie after our stay and ask what brand they were! Haha). There were beach towels, tons of beach toys, two taller chairs, and regular beach chairs. Along with a decent sized umbrella. She even had extra laundry soap and dryer sheets if you forgot your own. Along with coffee filters and creamers for the coffee maker which also has a kuerig connected to it and even seasonings for cooking! The best part was my friend staying at the condos next door, so I could walk out the back gate and go right next door! We absolutely recommend this condo to anyone looking. Had no issues whatsoever!! Everything was as advertised. We had a great time at this property! Very comfortable, convenient and clean. We were only footsteps from the beach and a short drive to stores and restaurants. A very relaxing and family friendly place!!!

This was our 2nd time staying at this property. We're planning to book once a year! Debbie is a great host and everything you could need is there at the condo. Super clean place, fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, beach toys/chairs/floats, awesome pool, close to beach, great private beach that is beautiful! Thank you Debbie for sharing your beautiful condo!

It’s a really great place your own little outdoor area - easy to get to and from the beach. Close to restaurants, shops, etc., but away from all the traffic and noise. We had everything we needed and place was very comfortable. The owner was very helpful and accessible. I would like to stay in this unit again soon.

We are Eric and Debbie Frash. We love to travel and the peace of being near water. We brought our family to Sugar Beach for spring break in 2016 and fell in love with the white sandy beaches of Navarre. After a year of thinking about the beach, we decided to take the plunge and buy our own little piece of paradise.

We chose this property because of the intimate setting. We love that we are able to enjoy the beach and pool with a small number of residents, which makes it seem much more private. The spacious floor plan in our unit is warm and inviting for families or friends traveling together. A huge bonus is the private back patio for spending time or sharing a BBQ.

Stepping up and over the dune, you are greeted with all of nature's glory. You can swim in the clear, warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico or the heated pool. You can also enjoy beautiful sunsets or watch the dolphins swim along the surf. All of that in addition to a lovely town home retreat that is comfortable and relaxing.
