It was a great location. Easy walk to the beach with a lifeguard on duty. The area was quiet & well kept. Short drive to the main strip for whatever type of food or shopping you could want. We were there through the Hurricane and felt safe and secure. Would recommend to family/friends & stay again when we make it back to the Big Island.

We had an amazing stay at this condo. Doug was very fast to respond to our needs, and he went above and beyond to ensure our stay in Kona was a carefree, relaxing experience. The condo was exactly as advertised. It's in a beautiful location with quick access to the beach and an excellent restaurant (Magics) that we couldn't get enough of. If I ever return to The Big Island I will definitely be staying here again. 10/10 recommend.

We loved our stay . The home was just as described. It was very clean and the host was easy to communicate with. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. We especially enjoyed eating outside and looking at the ocean. We would definitely stay here again.

This rental had everything you could need, lots of stuff left from previous guests who had stayed there. Close to magic sands beach and resturaunt.

Aloha Kimberly, We put in a lot of effort and aloha to insure our guests our comfortable in our condo and have a memorable visit to the Big Island of Hawaii. Currently, we have 104 reviews. 100 of them are 10/10. I'm sorry you felt inclined to leave us a poor review without explaining why. I don't believe you were economically impacted by our insurance claim to remove bubble gum you left melted in our clothes dryer. We did leave you a 5 star review.

Great location to explore the island. The kitchen was well stocked and there are umbrellas, chairs, and towels for beach time. The condo was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the washer and dryer were good for laundry. Overall, a great place to stay.

Great location! Beautiful condo with a nice view from balcony! Fully equipped amenities and very clean upon arrival. If we had questions or assistance Doug responded and answered or fixed anything we needed! We will definitely be back again and stay in this condo!

Family trip to the island

Property and location were great. Views of the ocean, awesome pool, close to beaches and the trolley to take us in to town for local shops and restaurants. Overall great.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful condo. It is attractively and comfortably furnished, and it included absolutely everything we needed, and much more. The location was perfect - right across the street from Magic Sands Beach. We had a lovely view from the lanai. The onsite amenities were great too, including pool, tennis courts, sauna, pool table, and grill kitchen. We really appreciated that the owner sent very clear information in advance, so we felt fully prepared for our stay. It was hard to leave after having such a nice time. We would gladly stay here again in the future.

Beautiful, comfortable & Clean Condo

We loved staying at this property! It had all the amenities with a beautiful view and perfect location. After a fun day exploring kona we were able to relax at the hot tub, pool and sauna. A perfect ending to our first day in Hawaii! Would definitely stay again😊

Wonderful condo

The pictures of this place don’t do it justice. Very comfortable and decorated beautifully. The grounds of the complex are well maintained and the condo is right across the street from a fun little beach. I would definitely stay here again.
