Amazing views and the sound of the ocean. The place was spotless. Lave lake access was beyond amazing to watch as the sunset on the day. A short walk to the large pool. All the comforts of home are included in this amazing first floor condo. The AC provided relief from the humidity. Great communication with the host. We were able to spot dolphins from the Lanai and enjoy relaxing breakfasts there as well. The condo is well stocked and the beach chairs and snorkel gear are a bonus. Very close to nice beaches and snorkel area. The parking spot outside the door is very convenient as well. My family would stay here again in a heartbeat. Nothing like hearing the sounds of the ocean and seeing beautiful sunsets.

Great property

Highly recommend staying at this condo. The location, the amenities, everything was just wonderful. Really smooth check in process, lots of beach gear, shampoo and conditioner, great lanai. This place has everything you’d need for a great vacation. If we’re ever back in Kona we’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Alii Villa’s oceanfront condo

We rented this condo for our sons honeymoon, Jason is a wonderful host he’s condo is absolutely immaculate and beautifully decorated we highly recommend anyone to stay in this beautiful condo We look Forward to come back next year

Beautiful Sunset view from the lanai! Communication with host was amazing and very responsive. Helped make arrangements for our arrival. Condo was very clean and stocked with absolutely anything you would ever need. Joel was great! Met him the first day super helpful and gave us some recommendations on where to eat! Great location and close to downtown Kona. Saw dophins swim by every morning paired perfectly with a cup of coffee! Quiet complex. Pool was perfect for a quick dip after a long day. It does have alot of rules if you have young kids who like to play, splash, use floaties or older kids who like to play Marco polo or throw a ball probably not the pool for you. Wonderful stay for our family!

Wonderful property & very attentive & responsive owner. We felt like we were home from the first day and Jason ensured we had all we needed for a carefree stay. Highly recommend the property and will stay there again.

This place has it all!And I don’t just mean the big things that are advertised and expected, like the beautiful view (which it absolutely has!), Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. This condo had everything we needed to make our two-week stay comfortable and truly feel like home.In my previous experiences with VRBO and similar vacation rentals, owners tend to keep supplies to a minimum. Because of that, we actually packed several items we normally wouldn’t have needed, based on past stays.We quickly discovered we didn’t need to worry! The condo was stocked with so many thoughtful essentials—Tide Pods, dishwasher tabs, Ziploc bags, a corkscrew, colander, coffee filters, and so much more. Having these things available saved us from having to make trips to the store just to buy items we would only use a little of during our stay. This place really did have it all.I even got a well-earned blister on a hike and was so relieved to find a box of Band-Aids in the bathroom! I said multiple times during our two weeks, “This place has everything!”But perhaps the best part—and something I wasn’t expecting—was how wonderful the property manager/owner was to communicate with. From before our arrival and throughout our entire stay, he was extremely responsive whenever we needed anything and proactive about keeping us informed. That level of communication made the whole experience even better.We absolutely loved our stay and would happily return.10 out of 10! Highly recommend!

Kona stay

The host was very thorough, including communication before and during the stay. The unit was equipped with everything you could need for a vacation at the beach. Views are outstanding and location was great! Miss hearing those waves crashing on the rocks while going to sleep or waking up. Great stay and hosts! Thank you for sharing your home.

Wonderful!!

Was very easy to feel right at home as soon as you walked in. Place has everything you need. The host had excellent communication with everything. Place is perfectly located in the town of Kona. My husband and I loved it! Quiet community, great views- we gathered every night to watch the sunset. Kona is simply magical and we never wanted to leave. Would absolutely stay here again!!

This property was in a great location and had beautiful views! Jason worked so well with us and ensured we had the best stay! We had plenty of room and everything was stocked so well. We didn't need to worry about anything. Highly recommend!

Quiet location on the water

Nice remodeled location on the water. Sunsets from the lanai. AC cools well but two portable units are not enough to cool below 77F. Very nicely decorated home.

Kona condo

Condo is well equipped with a great lanai for watching the waves, cruise ships, Para sailers and fishermen! AC was a welcome break from the humidity. Jason was very responsive prior to arrival and during our stay.
