Our house is a 1902 Prairie Foursquare with loads of old charm. We are located in the heart of Old Town Fort Collins, close to CSU and three blocks from downtown. We are walking distance to several of the finest Microbreweries in Colorado. The apartment has a separate, private entrance, and large 4' high windows in every room. Bright and cheery with warm atmosphere is an understatement. We look forward to meeting people from many places and backgrounds

Quiet get away

This a perfect place to stay if you are interested in exploring Old Town and Downtown Fort Collins, all within walking distance. The apartment was very clean, well equipped, comfortable, and quiet. Our party had three adults and the two bedrooms suited us well.If you have or had any interest in woodworking, you need to check this place out. The finish work is a labor of love.

Wonderful place with a great location

The property is beautiful and extremely comfortable. It's located in an amazing spot right next to Old Town. I would definitely recommend.

Cozy, feels like home

This is sick a beautiful property inside and out. With beautiful wood work inside and a super cozy, homey feel, you don’t feel like you’re in a rental property. There is every thing you could need to make a meal and more in the kitchen when it comes to utensils and spices and basic needs. The back patio and gardens are gorgeous and peace full and a great place to relax. As for location this is the best location you could imagine in Dr. Collins. So easy to walk everywhere with so many opens for amazing food and drinks you will never get bored! And the property owners are super kind and helpful. I look forward to visiting this property again any time I’m visiting ft. Collins! .

Very comfortable and fantastic place to stay. Right in middle of everything and easy access to downtown via short walk. Close to main hwy for vehicle travel. Just a beautiful place to stay.

Phenomenal Fort Collins stay

The hosts we very welcoming and the pictures do not do the property justice… very well maintained sanctuary in Old Town. Walking distance to many area restaurants and attractions. Nice private entrance and the accommodations had everything you need for your stay. I would highly recommend and we will be back!

Absolutely Delightful Accommodations!

Staying at Carol and Fred’s was a dream! The apartment was incredibly stocked with plenty of linens and an amazing amount of kitchen appliances and cookware and dishes. The cleanliness of the apartment was evident and very welcome. Their gorgeous back yard full of flowers and seating was a perfect place to relax over dinner or a cup of coffee. The place is just a few blocks from Old Town and we walked down there several times a day. Rocky Mountain National Park was about 1.25 hours away. Fred and Carol are delightful and attentive. This vacation home and location made our week one of our favorite vacations! Thank you for having such a lovely place for visitors to stay. Can’t wait to return!

Just as nice as the first time

Second time we have stayed with Carol and Fred. The place is very nice, well stocked, and in a great location. Will stay here again if we get a chance.

Beautiful place.

Fred and Carol have a beautiful place, central to all that Old Town Ft Collins has to offer. It was a place of respite for our family visit complete with everything we could have needed. We were comfortable and felt well taken care of.

Cozy and a great location

Stay was great. Place was cozy and fully stocked! Perfect location for exploring old town FoCo. Had a great time and would certainly stay here again if we return to Fort Collins.

Magnolia house

This location was absolutely beautiful. It's a perfect place to stay in the summer because the backyard is spectacular! The house is quite lovely, and the downstairs level is perfect. It has a good-sized kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room and dining area. It was very comfortable and charming. Even though there was no air conditioning, it was quite comfortable. I would love to stay there again!

Beautiful home!

We enjoyed this home away from home very much! It was complete with all things needed for a relaxing getaway—walking distance to Old Town, comfortable living areas, essentials in the kitchen, and amazing landscaping and comfortable outdoor hang out areas.

Great Location

We loved our stay at this beautiful property in Ft Collins. The location was fantastic and walkable to shops, restaurants and breweries. We will definitely stay here again on a return trip to Ft Collins.

Great place to stay

Hosts were very nice. Greeted us and made sure we had what we needed. The apartment was nice (great woodwork) well furnished and the kitchen fully stocked with all the tools. Great location in Old Town. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place

Clean, well equipped apartment. Have stayed here before and it is consistently a great rental. Beds are comfortable. The kitchen has everything needed to cook. Hosts are friendly and the yard is a beautiful sanctuary to sit and relax. Good location and close to CSU.

Charming and Peaceful

We loved our stay, quiet and charming. Beautiful patio garden. Very close to CSU and walking distance to everything. The apartment was very clean and had everything you need! Fred and Carol are awesome hosts and this will be a regular spot for us while we visit with our college student

Peaceful location walking distance from downtown!

We pulled up to the house on the nice, wide, quiet neighborhood street. Instructions on how to get into the proprerty were sent to us well in advance. The basement apartment was very quaint and charming! It was clean and well stocked with everything we could need for our stay and more! It was a short walking distance to downtown Fort Collins with plenty of restaurants, shops, and breweries! Fred and Carol were wonderful hosts and would love to stay with them again!

We are very active in the area with running social dances at our athletic club, road cycling all of the great roads in the area, enjoying the local hiking trails and the fantastic life style afforded by Fort Collins. We also garden, as can be seen in our photo selections.
