Our house is a 1902 Prairie Foursquare with loads of old charm. We are located in the heart of Old Town Fort Collins, close to CSU and three blocks from downtown. We are walking distance to several of the finest Microbreweries in Colorado. The apartment has a separate, private entrance, and large 4' high windows in every room. Bright and cheery with warm atmosphere is an understatement. We look forward to meeting people from many places and backgrounds

Would stay again!

Well equipped, clean and great location. If we we return to Ft. collins will definitely stay here again. Enjoyed walking to restaurants and being close to CSU.

Great Location

We loved our stay at this beautiful property in Ft Collins. The location was fantastic and walkable to shops, restaurants and breweries. We will definitely stay here again on a return trip to Ft Collins.

Fred and Carol were excellent hosts! We notified them that we expected to get in late, 9:30pm, but due to flight delays it was closer to 11pm. They let us know that if we had any issues to contact them even at the later time. It was very assuring knowing we would have help if needed. Check in was smooth but we appreciated the kindness. The property is a downstairs apartment, the entrance is on the right side of the home, and you walk down the spiral stairs to the 2-br unit. It was fully stocked with towels, dishes, and tea/keurig, and was clean. I was not sure about using the mobile burners so we did not end up cooking here, but I'm sure it would have been fine. Plenty of street parking our whole visit. The location is amazing, it was short walk to coffee and all that Old Town has to offer. Thank you for the nice stay and wonderful hospitality!

Wonderful place with a great location

The property is beautiful and extremely comfortable. It's located in an amazing spot right next to Old Town. I would definitely recommend.

Cozy and a great location

Stay was great. Place was cozy and fully stocked! Perfect location for exploring old town FoCo. Had a great time and would certainly stay here again if we return to Fort Collins.

Very comfortable and fantastic place to stay. Right in middle of everything and easy access to downtown via short walk. Close to main hwy for vehicle travel. Just a beautiful place to stay.

Just as nice as the first time

Second time we have stayed with Carol and Fred. The place is very nice, well stocked, and in a great location. Will stay here again if we get a chance.

Fort Collins paradise

Carol and Fred’s place was just wonderful. The place had everything we needed and more!It was so easy to get around the area. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops.If we come back to Fort Collins this is the place we would stay. Thank you for making our trip so special.

Beautiful place.

Fred and Carol have a beautiful place, central to all that Old Town Ft Collins has to offer. It was a place of respite for our family visit complete with everything we could have needed. We were comfortable and felt well taken care of.

Great place to stay

Hosts were very nice. Greeted us and made sure we had what we needed. The apartment was nice (great woodwork) well furnished and the kitchen fully stocked with all the tools. Great location in Old Town. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home!

We enjoyed this home away from home very much! It was complete with all things needed for a relaxing getaway—walking distance to Old Town, comfortable living areas, essentials in the kitchen, and amazing landscaping and comfortable outdoor hang out areas.

Phenomenal Fort Collins stay

The hosts we very welcoming and the pictures do not do the property justice… very well maintained sanctuary in Old Town. Walking distance to many area restaurants and attractions. Nice private entrance and the accommodations had everything you need for your stay. I would highly recommend and we will be back!
