Townhome includes 3 bedrooms each with full bathrooms, upgraded interior, fireplace, hardwood floors, balcony, patio, large kitchen, full basement with wet bar, laundry area, two car garage and is located minutes away from restaurants, grocery stores, downtown Fort Collins, local parks, natural areas and more.

Our property features complimentary use of a Level 2, EV charger in the garage.

Here for CSU graduation. Location is about 15 minutes from campus and very easy to get to. Lots of amenities close by. Great townhouse, very clean and well furnished. Comfortable beds, nice layout, and great to have the level 2 EV charger in the garage. Excellent host with great communication. Highly recommend and would love to stay there again.

This home was perfect for 3 couples! It was very nice to have 3 bedrooms with bathrooms! The beds were very comfortable and location excellent! Having a grocery store very close was handy! It made our stay in Fort Collins even better!!

Excellent townhome in Fort Collins! The home was perfect for a friend reunion. We had short drive to Old Town and the CSU Tennis Center (where we caught shuttle to Mishawaka for a concert). The home is clean and had everything we needed. Walking distance to groceries, coffee etc. Will rent again.

Beautiful!

This place was perfect for us for my husband's parents and our family of four. Each bedroom having their own bathroom was a huge bonus, not to mention the washer and dryer! Also, wonderful little touches like the puzzle games and the bikes! We will definitely consider staying again on our next trip to Fort Collins!

Another excellent stay

We were in town for an extended stay awaiting the birth of a grandchild. The owner is very responsive and her place is spotless and very comfortable. Having the garage is a real bonus in the winter. We will be back!

Nice place - CSU parent

Nice place to stay. Clean, good location, about 12 minutes to CSU. Easy check in / check out. Only one downfall - there’s a small family room with only a small couch - it was fine for us, but if you have more than 2 people you can’t sit and lounge. Would have to sit at kitchen table and counter.

Truly a home away from home!

This property was perfect for my family to fully enjoy our conference at Colorado State University. Beautifully appointed with everything we needed to decompress after our days of training and a home-like feel to buoy us through each day. The property is close to everything we needed and wanted to do. If 10 stars were available we would have given 10!

I work at a software company as a project manager and travel to our customers all over the world. The more I travel, the more I realized how wonderful Fort collins is. I love spending time in the mountains, on the reservoir, and enjoy the Colorado sunshine. I am also an Alumni of University of Wyoming and University of Denver.

This large townhome features a two car attached garage, premium cable service, wifi, modern interior, gas fireplace, large kitchen, large kitchen pantry, custom lighting, patio, BBQ, Bose sound system in living room, King size bed in 2nd-floor master, large tub in master bath, 2nd-floor bedroom includes a private balcony and full bathroom. The townhome also includes a fully finished basement with bedroom, wet bar, and full basement bathroom. Two bikes are provided for your day time excursion around town or in the mountains. Natural cleaning products are used to clean bedsheets, towels, and dishes.

The Rigden Farm neighborhood is a quiet neighborhood that is centrally located in the middle of Fort Collins. This townhome is minutes away from gas stations, grocery stores, restaurants, parks, natural areas, downtown Fort Collins, the community trail system, CSU, banks, coffee shops and much.

Two bikes are available for you to use. Fort Collins has an extensive trail system connecting the whole community. The townhome is close to a public transit stop. Uber, Lyft, shuttle services, limo, and local taxi services are available in the community as well (fees apply for those services).

Fort Collins celebrates a variety of seasons, please check the weather before visiting. You can expect to enjoy warm summers, cool winters as well as gorgeous fall and spring seasons.
