Great spot, quiet neighborhood, and at Sarah's suggestion I soon found non busy streets into town, via linden street was great. She was really helpful and the place was great, I would stay again!

Awesome little apartment in a very convenient location. We loved that it was dog friendly too! FYI: The window air conditioner had to run the entire time due to the hot days. It was really loud and hard to sleep through.

I would stay here agaun. Stacy was great communicating with me about check-in, the ammenities, places to go, reccomendations for resturants and places to go and check out. The air conditioner when running on low was loud. Due to current weather condions if you didnt leave it on it was way to hot.That was the only draw back. It kept the room nice and cool it was lowd and right next to the head of the bed. The location was great for me. I was dropping my kid at CSU for the fall semester. The location was ideal. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors I did see were friendly. I liked this location because it had a way to cook at least one of our meals too. our place made move-in less stressful.

Great Place for 1

Loved the location and had everything I needed for a week long stay. The neighborhood is super cute and close to Old Town. Having the bike to use was nice.

Perfect location and easy access. Everything we needed was provided. The bed was very comfortable. I would suggest an inside mat for winter boots. It would be helpful to have a sign on the back alley so it is obvious where the back gate is.

Perfect little oasis

Our stay in Ft Collins was wonderful! We walked to coffee every morning, hiked during the day and walked to dinner in the evenings. The neighborhood is so charming! The place was clean and well equipped!
