Enjoy the peacefulness at this newly renovated condo of El Cortez on Mustang Island, just three miles south of Port Aransas You will love the open floor plan, spacious living room and bedrooms with ocean life décor carried throughout. Cable and Wi-Fi are available on all TVs. Gather everyone in the living room to watch a movie on the large TV while lounging on the modern couch or matching chair with plush pillows. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals such as sleek & spacious countertops, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils. Enjoy meals at the dining table with seating for four and additional seating for four at the breakfast bar. Take your coffee out to the patio to sip in the ocean breeze. The master bedroom (BR1) consists of a Queen bed, a bench at the foot of the bed, nightstands, a chest, a closet, a chair, and TV. The ensuite bathroom holds a vanity, tub/shower and full-size washer/dryer for your use during your stay. This bedroom also has access to a private patio. The property was very nice clean and quiet. The only complaint besides the raspberry ants was the outside solar motion sensor light which made the the back bedroom bright. The easy access to the beach whether walking or with a golf cart was simple.

Overall this was a great location spot not far from the souvenir spots and places to eat. My only complaint is the pool was not as clean as I would have liked but it was still a great place to stay with great beach access and friendly staff.

I had searched for Cinnamon Shores and somehow booked with El Cortez Villas right next to it. For the price we paid I was expecting a little more. There were ants all on the counter throughout our stay, the AC didn’t cool the back bedroom, the washer dryer was in the bathroom which was small and no counter space, the yard had so many stickers not well kept. This was not Cinnamon Shores!

We did want to gently clarify that this property is listed as El Cortez Villas. While Cinnamon Shores is a lovely neighbor just steps away, our listing is named clearly and doesn't reference it. We understand how easy it can be to mix up two spots that sit so close together, and we appreciate your understanding.
We also noticed we didn't hear from you during your stay about the ants, the AC in the back bedroom, or the washer and dryer setup. Please know we're always just a message away, and we would have loved the chance to fix these things right away so your trip could shine. Never hesitate to reach out, no matter how small the concern feels.
As for the yard, the stickers and sandburs are one of the island's natural quirks. They thrive in the sandy soil and humidity here, so they can pop up despite regular care. It's simply part of coastal living.

We had a wonderful time! Everything was consistent with the pictures shared. We didn’t rent a golf cart, but the walk was not far to the beach. It was actually a perfect amount of walking to go sit on the beach and read! Would recommend!

Family vacay
Very good place for the price. Good location, easy beach access, grill outside, ok pool and overall good experience! Would stay again.

Great condo for a quick trip
We were looking for a quiet place to stay on Mustang Island and found this awesome property. Easy access to the beach and a very quiet community.

This property is to cute. Very spacious and clean. I appreciated that there were extra pillows, a washer and dryer (although we did not use) and two patio areas. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Very nice condo. Great location!
The location was fantastic, condo very comfortable. Only negative, it is very difficult to find the property, no signage. We had to call the manager to get us directions.

Quick Birthday Trip
Had a great time with a cut condo with Boardwalk. Perfect size for my husband and I and daughter with 2 friends. The decor was cute and simple. Beds are not comfortable and need to be upgraded. Rented a golf cart and used on beach and around property. Overall, had a great time!

Excellent!
We have stayed at many beach rentals and this was BY FAR the best. The rental was clean, well furnished, and stocked with everything we needed. I was impressed by the amount of kitchen items available for use and appreciated the stock of consumables such as dishwasher tablets, paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper. For the kiddos, there were cots with sleeping pads and the master closet was big enough for a pack n’ play! 10/10 would recommend and am looking forward to staying here again.

Great property and location!
Beautiful remodel next to Cinnamon shores without the high price. Great house, perfect size, but a few minor complaints. The beds are too squeaky and average comfort. We couldn’t get the bedroom tv to work. Some basic supplies were missing. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and with the price, would definitely stay here again.

Nice but with a problem
There were beer cans and beer bottles left on the back patio--housekeeping needs to check that area. There was a major problem with the bed side tables in the back bedroom. THey each had three electrical cords extending from them so you could plug multiple devices in. THey didn't work. Management came out the first night to check on them. Then electrician came the next day. The units didn't work. Electrician said the units were fried.Fortunately we brought a long cord for my husbands CPAP machine because it had to be plugged into the bathroom. Frustrating.....
