Short walk to the beach through Island Retreats Resort Private boardwalk from this second-floor condo. Great unit for a family. Beautifully renovated complete with new flat-screen TVs and appliances. TVs located in Living Room and Bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped to prepare meals for family and friends. Great views from an outside private sitting area overlooking the common area and shared pool. You can just relax on the balcony after a day at the beach or walk down to the large pool. The unit is equipped with Wi-Fi.

Our stay was terrific. The place was precisely as advertised. The access to beach, swimming pool, and the rest of the island were extremely convenient. The condo was clean and well maintained. The AC worked wonderfully and we slept very comfortable. Check-In and Check-Out were a breeze. I highly recommend.

Beautiful Property and location great for families. The private boardwalk to the beach was perfect.

Our stay was very enjoyable. Condo was very nice and clean with plenty of sleeping space to accommodate my 8 family members. Will definitely go back.

Stay was great. We could have used some extra bathing towels and the dishes had to be scrubbed before using due to stuck on food from previous people. Overall it was a quality stay!

Quick Trip

The location was great. Real nice setup, the pool and grounds were clean. We had an issue with the dishwasher and a backed up shower, we texted the property manager and it was taken care of within an hour. I would come back.

Bare minimum stay, no wine opener, salt and pepper almost done. Hand soap dispensers not working. No dishwashing scrubber. Have to get all the supplies, which is unreasonable considering how much it cost.

Great location, nice place!

The photos don’t do justice to how cute the unit is and how great Island Retreat is! The unit is upstairs, but gives a great view of the ocean from the balcony. The rooms are both good size and had enough room for pack n plays in both. I’d recommend bringing your own pots and pans if you plan to cook. The Island Retreat (buildings this unit is part of) is cute and has a boardwalk directly to the beach, along with a great pool.

Convenient to beach in Port A

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Newly renovated insides of 2 bedroom unit. Very conveninet to walk to beach along boardwalk. No need to drive. Staff very accomodating with requests and always quick to answer phone.

Cute condo. Had everything we needed for a quick trip to the beach. Loved the fact that it had a beach umbrella and two chairs. It was very clean. The only complaint: pots and pans were worn out and some of the dishes were not clean. I had to wash everything before I used it. Also, I brought my own frying pan after reading comments by previous customers.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Good spot on the Coast

The condo was a great location. It was close to the beach with a short walk down the boardwalk. Its also really convenient drive to all the shops and restaurants in downtown Port A. The condo was clean, layout was great, comfortable furniture, dining table sat 6, and having the kitchen was great. Cute decor and nice view of the pool. My only complaints are the condition of the frying pan/pots. They were virtually unusable being banged up and gross. Looked like they were salvaged out of the beach from a hurricane, rusty gunk and all. If you plan to make eggs or anything bring your own pans (we chose not to use them). Next bring your own pillows. I don't even know where you could buy flat lifeless pillows but this place found them. If the owners would have invested $100 bucks in upgrading pillows and pans I would have given this place 5 stars.

Springbreak

We took our grandchildren to the coast for a few days. The property was great. quick access to the beach. There’s a nice pool and and basketball courts available. The property was clean and updated. Beds not so comfortable! Would probably stay again.

Clean, comfortable, close to the beach!

This condo was perfect for our family. You could see the ocean from the living room/balcony and one of the bedrooms. Very short walk to the beach! Pool was huge and perfect temperature! A very quiet complex and a perfect getaway.

Great beach location

Cute Condo

Everything was simple from the start. We really enjoyed this condo. The beach access, pool and location was perfect for us. The decor made us feel like we were exactly where we wanted to be! We will definitely be staying there again!

Perfect location!

The staff for this condo was excellent. They answer to texts!! They answered all my questions so promptly! They were excellent. The condo was great, clean, has everything you need and want. The location was excellent like a few minutes walk to the beach. Came back to feed kids lunch and left out spot on the beach and went right back!! The condo looks like it has been recently remodeled super nice! Only reason i gave it 4 stars is that some of the towels had stains on then and some of the sheets were not super clean. One of the chairs in the porch was broken becareful. But overall and for the price it was a steal and very nice. SUPER quiet and beautiful. I would def rent again from here. We also rented a golf cart for the weekend and that totally minimized the sand in my vehicle! Also the kids enjoyed driving around to get food and snacks and just look around! Super happy to see Port A making a come back after maria and covid. Will be back again soon!

Wonderful Beach Front Property

We had a wonderful time for Easter weekend. It had everything we need and more. Perfect size & location. I will definitely book it again soon!
