Cocoa Beach GEM

When we had to cancel St Beach dt hurricane and we were worried but then we found a Cocoa Beach GEM and it was the best thing that ever happened to find this place. We picked this area and the condo was the icing on the cake. It was perfect. Very nice and well done. We felt spoiled with the view from of ocean and all the amenities given to us. Everything was walking distance for food and drinks

Great Views and Comfortable

We enjoyed our getaway weekend with our family! The condo was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed having access to beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas that made it easy to spend time on the beach.

Girls trip 2024

This place was awesome. Just as described. By far the nicest condo we have rented for a yearly girls trip. Perfect for a bunch of retired school mates. Highly recommended. We will be back!!!!

Beautiful views

The best thing about this condo is the wonderful porch and ocean views. The unit was well stocked and very comfortable. Internet was fast and TV set up good. We happened to be here during the Tropical Storm Debby and had no issues. Great communication which was very helpful at check in and check out. Enjoyed our stay!!

Amazing condo

We were very pleasantly surprised that this condo is exactly as advertised. It is absolutely gorgeous and was great for our family get away. The view was beautiful and the patio furniture was very comfortable. We also appreciated how quiet and clean the condo was. The comfy beds, beach supplies, and well stocked kitchen were also greatly appreciated. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful condo!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Sandcastle! The condo is exactly as described and even better in better in person! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins and the surfers. The pool was quite nice for a heated pool in Florida in June. The rooms were very spacious and the beds are extremely comfortable. Our family visits different areas each year but we will definitely be back to Sandcastle and Cocoa Beach!

Our happy place

To see and hear the ocean from the large balcony is our happy place. Watch the sun rise, swim in the ocean and pool keeps everyone happy.

Friends and family

Beautiful oceanfront condo with everything you need to have a relaxing and safe time close to everything and far enough for quiet time. Got to see a regatta and two space launches so cool. Super secure there is a code for the elevator and for your front door.

Beautiful location and condo. My family loved it.

We had an awesome stay at Sandcastles in Cocoa Beach. The place was very clean and perfect for my whole family. We are all very happy. Very beautiful condo on the 7th floor, three bedrooms overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The balcony is magnificent. The condo was just as described and had everything we could have needed! Coffee maker, pots and pans, washer and dryer, beach chairs, beach umbrella, body-boards, sand toys, and other misc. things. The condo is located near many restaurants and shopping areas. It has a heated outdoor pool and hot tub and plenty of parking. This was definitely what my family and I needed for the kids' spring break vacation beach getaway. Keith and Jill were so helpful and gracious. We will definitely stay here again as this was a lovely vacation. I would give it 6 stars but it only goes to 5.

The owners were very prompt in replying to any of our needs. Very nice and caring people. You can tell that they try hard to make their guests happy. Great location and amazing views that can’t be beat.

Relaxing in comfort

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Sandcastles condo 711, despite the noise from the renovations. We used beach chairs on the patio to enjoy sunrises and evening skies.

Great Family Vacation!!!

This was our first extended family vacation and Cocoa Beach did not disappoint! Sandcastles is perfectly located with all the amenities within walking distance or just a short drive down the road. The owner, Jill, was wonderful, easy to reach, and amazing with communication as everything we needed was provided. Check-in was seamless and the condo was spotless upon arrival. We especially loved the detail the owner and her cleaning crew put into the unit. Loved the towels being shaped into animals – wonderful touch! The unit was beautifully furnished with a well-appointed kitchen and the wraparound balcony was breathtaking with gorgeous views of sunrises and sunsets. My family and I enjoyed many nights out there just listening to the waves come and go. The checkout instructions were simple to follow leaving no room for error on our part. All-around beautiful condo. Thank you, Jill, for a great stay and for making our family vacation such a memorable experience as we look forward to our next trip to Cocoa Beach!

Beautiful well equipped condo

We enjoyed our stay at Sandcastle. The condo has a beautiful view and is private while convenient to all amenities. The kitchen was well stocked with all essential pots, pans, dishes. The beds were very comfortable, towels and other amenities were plentiful. The unit was immaculately clean and felt welcoming when we arrived. Thank you for the great family vacation!

Great location and amazing view

The condo is just like the pictures. Jill was helpful and responsive. The condo is right on coco beach. You wake up every morning with the sun rise in the beach and greet the evening with the best part of day to view the beach.

Great Condo

We enjoyed our stay in this condo very much. Communication was easy. Kitchen was well supplied for cooking. Baths were also well supplied with towels and the beach items were a bonus. Balcony furniture was very comfortable as well as living room furnishings. Thanks Jill for the wonderful accomidations.

Fabulous Views

I wanted an oceanfront condo, and this was perfect. We watched a rocket launch from the deck! The rooms were spacious and well appointed. Nice on a 4 day stay to not have to run out and purchase laundry soap or dishwasher pods, like I have had to do before. The penthouse location was quiet and private.

Great view/location

This condo has everything you need….in the kitchen and living spaces. The view from the lanai is unbelievable! So close to the Space center which we came down to see a launch. Very quiet.

Relaxing getaway

We had the most relaxing, comfortable stay at this place! Jill was a great host, very personable. It was quiet, with outstanding views. It was immaculate!! Every detail was attended to. It was above and beyond my expectations! Cocoa beach itself was such a nice quiet beach town.
