This condo has comfortable furnishings for your Vacation stay! New Tile floors throughout, Contemporary lighting fixtures and Modern Decor & Furniture. The 6th floor offers an awesome ocean beach front view from the living room balcony. Master bedroom has a king size bed and the 2nd Guestroom has queen size beds while the 3rd bedroom has 2 Twin size beds. There are 2 full baths, a well equipped kitchen, dining area, LCD in the living area. No need to pack heavy. You will find almost everything you could possibly need - - beach chairs, beach toys, blender, dishes, ironing board w/iron, blow dryer, towels, and linens... You name it and we've provided it for your enjoyment. There is even a full washer and dryer in the unit. You will have free WIFI as well. Yes we have a elevator at the Sandcastles and the Sandcastles has outside surveillance cameras.

The pool is open from 9:30 am to 10 pm. Please note: if the outside temperature gets below 60 the pool will be shut down till the outside temp go’s back up above 60. Pool hours may change at anytime.

We are here to help just ask. If you are not booking from Sat. to Sat. please click on the contact owner button to see if I can work your dates in before you click on the request to book button. We do have 2 bedroom 2 bath direct ocean front or side ocean view condos at a lower rates.

If you have to cancel your reservation we will give you a refund on your rental fee and cleaning fee if we can re-rent the condo for the same rates and dates, minus a 15% administration fee. You should buy vacation rental insurance.

Please note that the sauna has been removed at the Sandcastles.
