Visitors Encouraged! Relax in our 3 bed/2 bath condominium with vaulted ceilings and large sun-drenched windows. Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee or a glass of wine on your personal balcony, which overlooks the village.

You and your family or friends are just steps away from shopping, movies, ice cream, and dining. Extend that walk into a stroll and you will bump into centennial trail or downtown Coeur d’Alene. If you decide to lay low for the night you will have a fully equipped kitchen at your fingertips with a table for six of your guests.

You will be able to retire to the master bedroom with en suite bathroom, King bed and flat screen or the two additional bedrooms which share a bathroom and are furnished with queen beds. Other amenities that you and your guests may find appealing are an in-unit washer and dryer, garage parking for one and secure access entry.

We want our guests to enjoy CDA and our condo as much as we do so hurry up and come see us!

Great condo!

Highly recommend staying at this condo. The location is great for getting to Silverwood and the lake. Very clean and well stocked.

Perfect!!!

We couldn’t have picked a better place to gather with family. This place is so lovely, clean, and tastefully decorated. It is also more well-stocked with kitchenware, towels, and extra bedding than any vacation rental we’ve had. The beds are all so comfortable, too! My mom is elderly and gets around with a walker. This rental was perfect for her, with the parking garage under the building, elevators, and walk-in shower. Hope to stay again in the future. Thank you so much!!

Great Comfortable Location

We enjoyed our stay here. Great location, loved being close to the shops and restaurants right there. And easy to request ride shares to other parts of town. Bonus was being there during the local Farmers Market one day. Nice, quiet, and comfortable complex.

Family wedding trip

Our stay was great, condo was super clean and very well stocked. The beds were some of the most comfortable beds we have slept in. Directions and instructions for checking in were easy to follow and very helpful. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Great condo in a convenient location

Great condo, clean and updated. Lots of shops and restaurants within a couple of blocks. A boardwalk along the river is a few minutes away as well. Enjoyed a great week in Coeur d'Alene.

Could not get into the condo. No way to contact owner. No way to contact VRBO. Strange TV. How do you get FOX , ABC, NBC etc ? Golf channel ? The dirtiest carpeting of any rental in 10 years. Craig & Carol

Weekend Getaway

We were all very pleased with the Condo, was the perfect area for where we needed to be and all six of our Senior group found it very easy to go and come from and very safe. Hope we get to stay here in the future.

Girls trip

We took our annual girl’s trip to this location. The unit was nice and very secure and safe. The three bedrooms afforded everyone the ability to have privacy. There were plenty of restaurants around and we could also walk down to the river from the condo. Enjoyed our stay.

Raised in a small town in Montana not far from CDA. During college I was lucky enough to spend summers here and needless to say wanted to stay. I work in Spokane and have lived in CDA since 2010 and I love it!! Hope you do too!
