Vadim was an excellent host and our family had a great stay in his townhome. We were very comfortable and had everything that we needed. Great space and location was convenient. Would definitely recommend!

Very clean, communicative responses from owner. Nicely appointed. Could have used some extra or blankets for bedsLocation was quick to everything but road noise pretty loud. No outdoor furniture to enjoy the patio. Good for our needs and the overall setup.

This property was very clean and perfect for our family of five. The location was conveniently located to everything we needed. The busy street did not bother us as at all because we had the windows closed and air conditioning on. The only thing I would recommend to travelers is to bring your own shampoo and soap if you have a preference. They did have a mismatched variety that got the job done though.

The only issue with the property was that it is on a busy street. There was an issue with hot water getting to the main shower but the owner assured us he would have it looked at. That it a tricky thing to get fixed on a weekend. Would definitely stay again.

Clean, comfortable, well-stocked condo!

Very clean and comfortable stay…all beds were comfortable and kitchen was well-stocked. Wonderful Nespresso coffee in the morning too! The location was very convenient to the surrounding towns (not just Coeurd’Alene). The only negative was the street noise when trucks would drive by…but nothing that a sound machine or TV couldnt mask.

This place is lovely. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are well arranged, and the main living area is very nice. My only issues are that they used way too much scented fabric softener on the towels and sheets, which bothered several of us, and there are very few lamps in the living room. I recommend having a floor outlet installed under the couch. Lastly, which was a concern before we arrived, is there is a lot of street noise. I still give it five stars, however.

Super clean

The place was newly renovated and very clean. Owner was responsive and attentive. Neighborhood was okay but traffic was a bit loud. Bedding was clean and kitchen supplies were sufficient. The coffee maker was awesome with a great selection of capsules/pods. Yard could use some attention.

Perfect for family visit to Silverwood

We liked the location, the rental wa clean and as advertised. It is only a 30 minute drive to Silverwood.

This was a great place to stay. The home is like brand new and attention to making our stay comfortable was exceptional. Our host, Vadim, replied quickly to our questions. I would definitely stay here again!

This townhouse was wonderful!

We had everything we needed. The townhouse was clean, well stocked and has a great floorplan. The owner was extremely kind and helpful. We highly recommend this VRBO home.

Great Stay

Brand new place with seamless check in/check out procedures. Place was spotless and had great amenities like espresso machine, bottled water, laundry, etc. Only recommendation I would make is to add curtains in the bedrooms.

Luxurious property, great location, new and shiny!

Absolutely loved the place: clean, spacious, a great floor plan, high quality kitchen, and very stylish overall. Calphalon cookware, turkish towels, high quality bedding and down pillows gave us 'like home' feeling. And it's like 5 minutes of driving to the City park we went to everyday. Thank you for a great vacation!
