Beautiful location when visiting all that Coeur d Alene has to offer. The area was upscale with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Only suggestions for the unit were to include TV/remote instructions, safety grab bars especially in the tub area, and more basic supplies for the kitchen. But the unit was exceptionally clean and the bed was extremely comfortable.

Was a lovely place to stay in a cute location surrounded by shops and next to a park. My only complaint is that I like it cold at night to sleep and they requested that the air stay at 70 or above to keep their AC running efficiently. Other than that, very nice!

Thank you for staying at Village View and for the kind words about the location. I’m sorry the thermostat guideline made sleeping less comfortable. We ask that the temperature be kept at 70°F or higher to help the AC run efficiently and avoid problems for future guests. We appreciate your feedback and hope to host you again.

Nice unit, but: carpet was very dirty, no coffee pods, or essentials in kitchen.Closet lights burned out. (Should have been noticed before i arrived. )Little improvement would be great for the price. I left a night early.Nice management company, happy with them.

Thank you for taking the time to review Village View. I’m sorry the unit fell short of expectations — the dirty carpet, missing coffee pods and kitchen essentials, and burned-out closet lights should have been caught before your arrival. I’ve passed this to housekeeping and maintenance so we can schedule a deep clean, replace the bulbs, and improve our pre-arrival checklist and restocking process. I’m sorry you cut your stay short, and I’m glad our team was helpful during your visit. We appreciate the feedback and will use it to improve the experience for future guests.
