Traditional Cedar shake Cape House Ocean block just 6 houses from the beach! Ideal vacation home for single or two families. Sleeps 8 (max) very comfortably with 4 bedrooms. First floor, (2) bedrooms (1 with Queen other with 2 twins) plus full bath ideal for elderly family members. Upstairs Master bedroom with Queen, TV, outdoor deck with 2 lounge chairs. Also upstairs, spacious loft room with 2 twins, bathroom with shower. Fully appointed kitchen (blender, toaster, coffee pot, mixer, chopper, you name it) dishwasher, living room, Wi-Fi, Smart TV with Cable, DVD, stereo, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and washer and dryer. Large front deck with 2 round picnic tables and benches, umbrellas, and lounge chairs for your outdoor relaxation. Gas grill and spacious outdoor shower. Two off street parking spaces. 6 Seasonal Beach Badges included with rental. No smoking and No Pets please.

Amazing location. Ocean block with direct beach access and no need to cross busy streets. Open your windows and listen to the sound of the ocean. Take your things to the beach for the day and walk back and forth to the house, as needed. Park your car & walk to everything. Cheese shop, restaurants/grills, Rita's on corner; Big Dipper ice cream shop, miniature golf, bay beach & playground (badges good for both bay and ocean beach), butcher shop, seafood market, restaurants, bike rentals, etc. all within few blocks. Family oriented beach town. Surf City is located north after crossing the causeway. Avoid the traffic on and off the island. Bay Beach located just one block south and included with Surf City Beach badge. So, if you're tired of the surf, head to the bay and enjoy floating on a tube, little ones can enjoy the play sets and swings, shower to rinse off, and beautiful sunsets.

Surf City Cottage

Our week stay was perfect. The house was a short walk to the beach and the surrounding neighborhood shops and restaurants had everything we needed for our vacation week!

fantastic location!

We stayed for a week right after 4th of July and had a great time. The house comfortably accommodated our family - outdoor shower was a HUGE bonus - and I can’t imagine a better location.

Early November on LBI

It was a chilly weekend outside but cozy in Surf City. My family came from different directions and had a lovely weekend on LBI. The house is clean and comfortable, great location for walks on the beach and catching the sunrise. Restaurants and cafes are conveniently nearby, even at this time of year. Bob and Chandra were very responsive to emails and helpful with recommendations for restaurants, etc.. We had a great weekend and hope for another trip!

Surf City get-away

Chandra and Bob have a wonderful beach home that worked well for us. We each had our own bedroom for privacy with a very spacious common area. We did most of our cooking in the house and found everything we needed for cooking, baking and having a BBQ. The house is very close to the beach and there were plenty of beach tags. Off street parking for 2 cars was a big plus. Chandra and Bob were very responsive to our needs, we had a great vacation.

Charming cape close to the water

Our family loved the house and it was an easy walk to the beach! Skylights upstairs made for a warm and sunny stay. Plenty of room for my family. The owners are Especially helpful and kind. The house is situated perfectly close to the Main Street within walking distance to many shops and eateries.

In town for a family wedding

Charming beach cottage! Perfect for our 4 adults. Great walking area, restaurants, close to beach. It was nice to sit on the front porch for breakfast and afternoon snacks. Comfortable and roomy.

We enjoyed our stay

Loved the living room especially. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen convenient.. We were able to coordinate AC and fans OK. Liked the washer and dryer.. Fun on the beach. We decided to leave a day early because of rain and concern for flight connections. Thanks for your help Chandra. Avis

Really great location!

Owners were super accommodating. House worked out great for our group. Good kitchen supplies- nice bedrooms and great front deck! Would definitely rent again!
