This 3 bedroom, one bath unit has been fully renovated with a new kitchen, bathroom, new appliances (refrigerator, dish washer, stove, oven, microwave) and furnishings, central A/C, washer / dryer, cable, Smart TV.

Just steps away from the beach, this beach block property provides the perfect escape. It is also just 2 blocks from the Bay and is walking distance to restaurants, shops, putt-putt golf, the grocery (Anchor Produce Market), and much more!

Enjoy a meal, cocktail or book on the fully furnished deck (complete with gas grill) on this quiet, family friendly street. There is an outside shower, on premise parking for one car, and free street parking.

The place was absolutly perfect, we loved the lay out and spent a lot of time on the front covered porch. Perfect proximty to the beach. Unfortuntly there was an issue with the trash company and we arrived to a mess as well as some items left behind but, The host was promt with communication and we got the issues resolved so to me that says a lot about the host and I will definitly book again.

This was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway to LBI! It was super close to the beach, so walking back for lunch or bathroom breaks was easy and convenient. We loved having our morning coffee on the porch and being able to walk to local restaurants and shops. We even reached out to the owner about extending our stay by an extra night, and they were incredibly responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Great Property at great location

Easy Walk to the Beach

Wonderful location! So convenient and easy to walk to the beach! We loved the open kitchen, dining, and living room. Our 4 night stay was great!

Steps from everything!

Perfect stay. We have been coming to LBI for the past few years. This was our best stay yet. Close to the beach, shops and eateries. Host/owner was excellent and quick with communication. Would gladly stay again.

Very enjoyable beach house

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. The house was clean and well set up. The kitchen was stocked with anything you would need for cooking. The location was lovely and the beach was spectacular. We would definitely stay here again.

Great little place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week down the shore. The rental was everything we expected. Great location, nicely kept and everything we needed. Close to beach, on a very quiet street but also walking distance to pizza, coffee, bakery and ice cream!

Great weekend visit

We really enjoyed staying at this house. It was the perfect size for our long weekend visit with our 1 year old. Everything was very clean and functioned without issue. Location can’t be beat. Highly recommend!

Perfect location! So fun for families

This was our second year staying at the property and we always have a great time. The location can’t be beat, and the house is perfect for a family with young kids. It is always clean and has everything we need for the week. The owner is easy and pleasant to communicate with. We can’t wait to stay again!

LBI Beach House - Surf City, NJ

The house was awesome, I would highly recommend to family and friends. Great location with lots of amenities not to far from the house and the best part was the walking distance to the beach! Would rent again in a heartbeat!

Perfect family getaway!

My family and I had such a great time during our stay here! The house was clean and had everything you would need. Great restaurants, shopping and things to do in walking distance and can’t forget to mention that you’re only steps away from a nice and quiet beach. Our 2 year old had a blast and we will definitely be looking to come back next year!

Great location. Easy walk to the beach and surrounding shops.

Stayed for a week with my adult children. Overall it was a great location. Easy walk to the beach, pizza, ice cream. The bay side doesn’t disappoint with sunsets. However the beds are really hard and uncomfortable.

Absolutely Perfect

Loved this little place. It was everything I was looking for. Beach is gorgeous!! Walking distance to a market, pizza shop, bake shop, Italian market etc. I would definitely stay again!!

Perfect beach week

This house was perfect for our family of 6! Being so close to the water allowed us to enjoy morning coffee on the beach & use the beach as our back yard each day and evening. This area in surf city also had great waves for surfing and boogie boarding, and super friendly neighbors! Would come back again!
