Clean with a relaxing open feel. When walking in, the updated kitchen has new appliances fully furnished with toaster, coffee pot, dishes, pots & pans, all utensils and a few spices and oils. Accommodates 4 ppl, 2 queen bd. This townhome has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathroom. Washer and dryer are downstairs with a half bath. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms and a full bath, complete with towels and linens. Town home is perfect for couples, solo adventures, families and business travelers. Everything you need is here with a fully equipped up to date kitchen, linens, basic toiletries, central heat and air, wireless internet w/wifi, flat screen TV, washer/dryer. Walk across the street to Hendrix College, you can also head to Little Rock which is only 30 miles away.

We were attending a conference at Hendrix College and loved the proximity to campus, about a block away. The townhouse is beautifully decorated, well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

Place had everything we needed. Was clean and was close to everything. We did have an issue with the tv and they were right on it (Thank you) Would definitely rent again.

Excellent! Clean, safe, great amenities

Loved our stay in Conway! Host was extremely responsive. Property was clean, had great amenities and in a great location. Would definately stay here again when we are back in town visiting my son, daughter in law and new granddaughter!

Another great stay

This was our 2nd time staying, and we actually extended our stay an additional night this time. It's very comfortable, clean and convenient. The only thing I would suggest is that you get full sizeironing boards and higher toilets

Very nice place

I was pleased with the accommodations and pleasantly surprised with the spaciousness. As this is a two story townhome, it was very nice to have a half bath on the first floor. I intent to make another trip in February and will definitely try to stay here again. Communication with the owner was great as well.

Lovely Townhouse

The townhouse is as described! All the amenities you need. Kris was readily available and a wealth of knowledge. Super close to Hendrix College and downtown.

Visited sister in Morrilton. Went to mine for diamonds. Went to a casino-won $240!! Went to the zoo. Did lots of walking!

This is a nice VRBO! It was centrally located, very convenient to what we were there for, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. However, the walls are very thin and we could hear all conversations and noises from neighbors. There were also adults smoking pot outside of our doors every time we were there; in their parked cars, standing in the parking lot and in the outside areas. We did not feel comfortable with our younger kids staying with us there. Nobody was rude or overly loud. And our host was extremely responsive and nice.

Awesome

Four guys arrived in Conway to watch the UCA Bears host a playoff football game. The Bears lost the game but this townhouse was perfect! It was very clean, nicely decorated and will equipped. Kris was extremely nice and responsive. The location was convenient to the stadium, & downtown. This place is better than a hotel! Thanks Kris!

Hendrix Visit

The outside is fine, but the inside is cute and comfortable! We had everything we needed for our several-day visit in Conway. The condo is very clean and welcoming. We will stay with Kris again!

Short notice

Our stay at this property was very good. It was my first time to use VRBO. Check in was easy. Good communication with the owner. Pictures of the exterior would have made it easier to locate. Area was an older neighborhood, quiet and peaceful. I would rent again.

We do not live on site, but we are close enough to take care of any needs that may arise.
