Comfortable & clean with updated kitchen and new flooring throughout. Fully furnished with, toaster, coffee pot, dishes, pot pans, all utensils and a few spices and oils. Accommodates 4 ppl, 2 queen bd. 2 bdm 1.5 bth, Washer and Dryer are downstairs with a half bath. Upstairs has 2 bdrm and a full bth, complete with towels and linens. Perfect for couples, solo adventures, business travelers. Fully equipped

We have stayed at this property before because it is always clean and the host is very helpful and prompt to respond. The location of the property is great for anything planned in the Conway area. We will definitely stay here again when we are in town!

The property was an old apartment complex, but our unit was very clean. Host was very responsive through the app and by text.The couch cushions had large springs that were too uncomfortable to sit on. Bed was comfortable with great pillows though! Bring your own board games or cards if you like to do that in the evening. We could not find any. Location was close to campus, which was just what we needed. Kitchen was stocked well.

The property was perfect for my stay. I came in town for business for two weeks and had all the comforts of home. If I had to come back and stay at the property again, I wouldn’t even think twice about it. Kris supplied the house with everything you could think of so even if you forgot something at home, you’d probably be OK. The one downside to the property, which didn’t really bother me much is that there is a train very close to the home. It’s a freight train that comes through it all hours of the night. If you’re a light sleeper, I could see this being a problem.

It was very nice, clean, easy to get into and communication with the owner was super easy. Great location to the colleges. We will stay again when we head back to Conway.

Exactly as described. We enjoyed our stay for many reasons. Perfect location (within easy walking distance to Hendrix College), comfortable beds, and easy check in. Highly recommend.

This was a convenient place to stay visiting our son at Hendrix college (just a short walk away). Kris was very communicative with us, and the place was clean and quiet (if you don't mind the occasional train in the distance).

We have stayed at several VRBOs in Conway over the years. This one did not disappoint. The property was clean and well maintained, and Kris was quick to check on us and ensure all was well. The neighborhood was quiet and literally next door to Hendrix University. Located in just the right spot in town to get anywhere quick.

Short Visit in Conway

The location of the townhome was perfect. The property was clean, quiet, well equipped with everything that I needed for a comfortable stay. I would definitely choose to stay here again on other visits to Conway.

We enjoy riding motorcycles, hiking, traveling and spending time with our family and friends. In 1998 we moved to Conway Arkansas with our two sons and immediately fell in love with Conway, our new place we now call home.

During our travels, we have had the best experiences staying at Vacation Rental Properties. Wanting to share this same opportunity with those visiting the Conway area we’ve decided to open our downtown home to business travelers, adventures, vacationers and pretty much anyone wanting to come visit our great city.
We do not live on site, but we are close enough to take care of any needs that may arise.

Very close to Hendrix College, UCA and CBC. You can enjoy all the excellent local restaurants, shopping, antique/flea markets – walking/biking trails, local parks and entertainment.
Being centrally located in the state we have the best of both worlds, less than 30 miles to excellent hiking, biking, fishing, canoeing, boating and camping areas.
