Comfortable & clean with updated kitchen and new flooring throughout. Fully furnished with, toaster, coffee pot, dishes, pot pans, all utensils and a few spices and oils. Accommodates 4 ppl, 2 queen bd. 2 bdm 1.5 bth, Washer and Dryer are downstairs with a half bath. Upstairs has 2 bdrm and a full bth, complete with towels and linens. Perfect for couples, solo adventures, business travelers. Fully equipped

Cozy and a great price!

Our family of 4 stayed here during the holidays. It was very clean and perfect for our needs! It’s right next to Hendrix College and only a few blocks from downtown. We will definitely be staying here again.

Delightful Vrbo

I recently stayed at a delightful VRBO in Conway, Arkansas, and it met my expectations. The space was exceptionally clean and cozy, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. Its location directly across from the college was incredibly convenient, making it easy to get around and enjoy the local area. If you're looking for a well-maintained and inviting place to stay, this VRBO is a fantastic choice!

Nice place!

Our second stay here and we will do it again! Clean and comfortable. Great communication with host. Great location across the street from Hendrix College for anyone visiting a student.

Clean and right next to Hendrix

Very clean and nice place. Host was great. We didn’t really use the kitchen but it looked well equipped. We would stay again!

Great last minute sty

Traveled to Conway for a quick visit and enjoyed my stay. I was not there very much, but it had everything I needed, if I had needed something. Close to everything. Would stay here again.

Fantastic place.

Very clean. Loved location , quiet and comfortable. Beds slept very comfortable. Cable would have been nice. Otherwise, one of the nicest places I have stayed through VRBO.

Wonderful Stay!

I stayed here with a couple others and it was so clean inside, and such a cute little property! You could hear the train being loud, but I don’t put blame on anyone for that. Need a quiet little stay with a few friends? This is your place! Thank you so much!

Spotless and comfortable

This is the second time we have stayed at a VRBO hosted by Kris. Her homes are spotless and very comfortable. She also has little extras like coffee, tea, chocolates and even a few spices to make our stay a bit easier, especially if we were cooking. This condo is near the train line but it didn't keep us awake at night.

Softball retreat

We used the property as a home away from home while our daughter played softball tournament. It was clean and nice and allowed us space to cook and hangout in between games. Kris was attentive and answered very quickly. I recommend this stay. Thanks

Visit with our college student

Great location next to Hendrix College. Provides that little extra comfort over a hotel stay to visit with our son. Would recommend to other parents coming to visit. The train horn does go off into the night, but anywhere near campus you will experience that. Saturday night it does not go through as often. Clean and comfortable beds and adequate supplies in the kitchen.

NEW MATTRESSES!!

We have stayed at this property several times, and our only complaint was the mattresses. Well, the compliant is fixed! Both bedrooms had brand new mattresses when we arrived and they received rave reviews from everyone. Kudos to the host to listening to our concern and addressing it. If you are visiting Conway (and especially Hendrix across the street), this is an excellent choice.

The Perfect Spot!!

The place was very clean and comfortable and close to everything!! Even had seasonings and spices and candy, which was a nice touch. My only suggestion would be to get a full-sized ironing board!

We enjoy riding motorcycles, hiking, traveling and spending time with our family and friends. In 1998 we moved to Conway Arkansas with our two sons and immediately fell in love with Conway, our new place we now call home.

During our travels, we have had the best experiences staying at Vacation Rental Properties. Wanting to share this same opportunity with those visiting the Conway area we’ve decided to open our downtown home to business travelers, adventures, vacationers and pretty much anyone wanting to come visit our great city.
We do not live on site, but we are close enough to take care of any needs that may arise.

Very close to Hendrix College, UCA and CBC. You can enjoy all the excellent local restaurants, shopping, antique/flea markets – walking/biking trails, local parks and entertainment.
Being centrally located in the state we have the best of both worlds, less than 30 miles to excellent hiking, biking, fishing, canoeing, boating and camping areas.
