This adorable first floor villa is located in the popular community of Mariners Watch (#4276). This is a great location, its just across the parking area from beach access, right across the street from Night Heron Park (playground, kids activities, nature center, basketball and soccer facilities), and just a few blocks away from The Sanctuary hotel (great restaurants, shopping, and spa!). There is a comfortable eat in, fully equipped kitchen. Just off the cozy living room is the screened in porch, the perfect spot to relax after a day on the beach or golf course. The large master bedroom has a queen sized bed and renovated bath, there is also a sleeper sofa in the living room for guests.

There is no grill available, nor is one allowed, due to Kiawah Island safety regulations imposed upon villas.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience but ask that the rules be followed to avoid fines or dismissal from the island

As our guest you will receive:
Access to Kiawah's 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; the Sanctuary spa, shopping, dining, and family friendly resort activities including Kamp Kiawah. Free Wireless Internet Access; Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. Property does have linen included. Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay (mid-week clean or daily trash and tidy). Guests DO NOT have access to the resort pools (Night Heron Park, West Beach, or Tennis Club).
If you have the time take a short trip (35-45 Minutes) to Charleston, America's most charming southern city. There you'll find world class dining, shopping and lots of history to explore.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights (not available in low season, late Oct to mid Mar) you will receive a valuable credit of up to $210 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.

Smaller than we usually rent

The property was in a great location. Beach access was excellent. Interior space was just enough for my daughter and I since we were out all day. The kitchen was tight on food storage areas. Overall a pleasant stay at our favorite vacation destination.

Perfect for small family!

Nice location.

The condo location was great and the size was just right for two people. The screened porch was wonderful. The bath needs an update, but otherwise the unit was clean and had everything we needed.

Great Beach Access

When I mapped the location, it looked like we had to walk down a road to get to the beach. The Boardwalk was literally across the parking lot from our front door.

Great Location

This little condo had the perfect location. Less than 2 minute walk to the beach, and walking/biking distance to the Nest Cafe. However the condo could use some updates. The screen on the screened in porch was ripped and “repaired” with tape, the blinds in the bedroom were damaged (able to see in the bedroom from the outside), and everything was just a little old. Ending up having a few cockroaches at the end of my stay as well.

Underwhelmed

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our unit was small, old, and could have used a good cleaning. The lighting is very poor, the only bath very small, and we were glad not to have spend too much time in our unit as it was kind of depressing. The only good thing was the maintenance man who was helpful.

Great location

Villa at Kiawah Island

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved Kiawah Island and especially the bike trails. The villa was mostly clean except for a stain on the sheets. I had to wash them. It was well decorated but I think the doors need some repairs. The glass slider was so very heavy to try to open. I think the rollers are worn out and need repairing . Also the main entrance door was very hard to open , had to pull hard towards you and wiggle key. I think in this day and age a digital electronic key would be so much easier. Getting the key from the lock box wasn’t easy either. We rented a condo last year that had a digital keyboard on the food! It was awesome !

Very close to the beach

The condo is one bedroom and one bathroom, but had a sleeper couch. It is very close to the beach, maybe 3 minute walk at the most. Location is perfect. The pool and Night Heron park are right there too. Condo is within walking distance from the Sanctuary hotel. We enjoyed our stay at the property and really appreciated screened porch. The owners have a guest book to sign. I thought it was a very sweet touch.

Great Location!

Stone's throw from the beach. Kitchen very well stocked with cookware, gadgets and utensils. You will need to bring your own beach towels.

Kiawah Getaway

Mariner’s Watch is a great location. My unit was just walking distance across from the beach and right next to the Sanctuary Hotel. The place is nicely decorated and the checkin process was easy. I would stay there again.

Nice, private area with a very short walk to beach. Great place for kids especially if they enjoy riding bikes. Check in process and cleanliness were top notch

A bit disappointed, but grateful

Girl’s Weekend

This vacation was for my two teenage age daughter’s and I to catch up. One daughter finished her first year at ASU and my other daughter going into her junior year. We had a wonderful time. We look forward to coming down each year to stay at this condo for our new traditional getaway. Sunset are gorgeous. Condo wonderful!

Nice place

Very close to beach boardwalk. Enjoyed using the bikes. Only reason I ranked it a 3 on listing accuracy is due to the bed being a queen rather than a king.

Perfect Spot for a Beach Vacation for two on Kiawah Island

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This Condo exceeded our expectations in every way! Downloaded the island pass before going made for easy access to the island. This was easy to find and parking was right in front of the Condo. Clean, comfortable and very close to the beach. ( just walk across the parking area to a beautiful tree lined boardwalk, (5 minutes at the most) to the beach. We loved sitting on the screened in porch for coffee in the morning and wine in the evenings. The porch is very private and looks out on beautiful old live oaks and the golf course. The Condo was very clean and the kitchen had everything that we needed.( Even a couple days worth of dish soap, dishwasher tablets, clothes washing tablets, paper towels, tp etc. )We took advantage of the beach gear coupon and rented bikes and a cart. ( the co. Had our bikes there when we arrived and picked them up when we left, very easy!)I would suggest riding bikes on the bike path/road when you head towards the end of the island that’s closest to Seabrook and pedal down the beach at low tide on the trip back. There is a slight incline that makes it much harder to pedal when heading west! We really liked the fact that our end of the island and Condo felt so private and the beach area steps away. Dinner at the “Salty Dog”Marina one night for a beautiful sunset and groceries at Fresh Fields made for easy shopping and meals. If you want a wonderful private getaway for two, that is close to the beach this is it! I hope to return again soon!!
