Just completed major renovation and ready for visitors both new and our growing list of repeat retreaters! If you loved Seabrook and our villa before...you owe it to yourself to experience all that is new and great about Seabrook.

Whether golf is your pleasure or strolling along the unspoiled beaches is your dream vacation, Seabrook Island is a place like no other. Enjoy a sunset horseback ride along the beach, swim in crystal blue pools or investigate miles of nature and bike trails. This spacious, fully-furnished two-story villa is located a short walk off the white sandy beaches.

The living room, kitchen, dining room and a half-bath occupy the first floor. The second floor features an enormous bedroom overlooking the fairway with a large bathroom and laundry room complete with washer and dryer. A sofa sleeper is located in the living room providing accommodations for two additional guests, if desired. A pet friendly place where you can enjoy the beaches with your best friend and your partner, too! A fully equipped kitchen with more than you could want. The entire villa has just been decorated top-to-bottom. Bring only your clothes, a good book, a bottle of nice wine and a desire to relax!

Beautiful and relaxing

The apartment is so well maintained and nicely decorated. It made my pre-race prep so easy and post-race recovery so relaxing. Highly recommended!

Birthday Stay

The hosts and I communicated via email and our correspondence was helpful and friendly. The villa was very nice. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. However, we did not have a good night's sleep because the bedroom was hot. I lowered the central air temperture but it still did not cool the upstairs bedroom, even with the ceiling fan on high. I would definitely stay at the villa again! Thank you T & E!

Golf course view

My husband and I, along with our pup, spent the week and had a wonderful time. Had a couple of questions first couple of days & our hosts responded right away. Since we are an older couple it was easier for us to drive to the boardwalk, but it is not too long of a walk.

Beautiful condo home on golf course

This comfortable and well equipped condo was a lovely home for a few days in Seabrook. It is attractive and comfortable, with accessible laundry room and well equipped kitchen. The large bedroom loft is comfortable, with a lovely view of the golf course. The location is great, with easy access to Charleston area.

Mixed bag

Lots of potential in this partially renovated villa. Kitchen was renovated and new carpeting and light fixtures. The ‘main floor’ is in good condition. The balcony overlooking the golf course was in rough shape. The electric Bbq was all dirty and greasy from the previous renter. The table and chair were set up and one of the chairs was broken. No instructions for the renters, like how to operate the ‘smart tv’s. So after many attempts our choice in TV viewing was limited. I never did find CNN or Fox. I was able to get CBS, NBC, and ABS on the small not so clear old Upstairs TV.

Beautiful Seabrook

We were so happy to get back to Seabrook after a few year break. The kids loved fishing, crabbing, and swimming. The unit was fully stocked and we even got to bring the dog with us! Such a great time.

Good condo!

I read reviews trying to find more information about a place so hopefully this is helpful to folks like me. The condo is fine, not top of the line, but clean and comfortable furniture which is important after a long day at the beach! Everything works, kitchen is great, good lighting, good shower pressure, nice bed, you will be perfectly comfortable staying here. The upstairs loft is huge with a view of the golf course from the bed. Owners are very responsive and helpful. It's .75 miles from the condo to beach walkway 9, easy walk. Beach walkway 9 is on the river side of the beach, if you want to get on the Atlantic side, go to walkways 1-6 which you can easily bike or drive. Plenty of places to walk the dog, please clean up after them! There are bags and bins all over the island, no reason not to clean up! The beach is dog friendly too and off leash hours are generous.

Great Setting and Accomodations

My nephew and I enjoyed our two night stay here. All was as presented. Comfortable. Accessible to other family. And, wtih a clear night, we had a great view of the stars. Thank you.

A great get-away neighborhood

Villa so very clean and neat. The kitchen appears to have been recently upgraded and has all the amenities of home. Neighborhood was very quiet and easily accessible to beach and restaurants/shopping. We rented a golf cart from golfcart.fun and enjoyed seeing sunsets from various parts of the island. Definitely will plan this trip again.

October is a great time to visit

Great location

The property is located within a short walking distance from the clubhouse. It is on the 1st hole of the Ocean Winds golf course. Although the kitchen is brand new and well stocked, the rest of the unit is dated, especially the bathrooms. The unit had everything we needed. The hosts were very responsive. We enjoyed our stay.

It has been a wonderful experience overall with many repeat retreaters staying numerous times in our beautiful slice of the world!

Most beautiful and most dog-friendly island on the mid-Atlantic coast. Can't imagine finding an island more beautiful and serene than Seabrook Island. We park the car when we arrive and enjoy a car-free stay. So much to see and do!

Where else can you enjoy a bobcat running through the wetlands while you walk back from a day at the beach, watch dolphins swim just a few feet from your dinner table at the Beach Club?
