Thank you for your feedback, Lauren. We are sorry to hear you didn't enjoy the décor in the unit. We see that the unit was booked online but then changed upon your request with photos provided prior to this change being made permanent. Each unit does receive regular deep cleans, but we are still happy to address this concern if it needs some additional care. We are also happy to help you find a better fit for any future stays, and we certainly welcome you back anytime! Thank you for choosing Padre Escapes!

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for this inconvenience, as we know that many come to relax during their stay and could be hard to do so with noisy neighbors. We encourage our guests to call and let us know of any issues during their stay. Especially if noise is being made during our quiet hours. We are happy that overall you had a nice time with us.
