This adorable ground floor condo, has a patio over looking our live fed salt water pond with fishing pier, we have great amenities such as 24 hour state of the art fitness center, glassed in heated pool with hot tub, sauna, office area in club room, BBQ grills throughout community and in pool area, and what makes it really great is a short 5 minute walk to the beach. This affordable one bedroom is newly upgraded and fully furnished and equipped to make you feel like home, Wifi available in unit and at gazebo, One assigned parking spot, car wash area at back of property, boat parking available but have to register at office. Close to the new IGA Grocery store and Hardknocks Sports bar. We have great local eateries, shopping and entertainment, with the comforts of the big city only minutes away with more and of course the State Aquarium, USS Lexington attractions, shopping and much more. Port Aransas is a short drive as well with deep sea fishing charters, restaurants on the water, fun little town. We do offer beach towels and Beach buggy rentals are available nearby.... So come Relax and put your toes in the sand, soak up the sun and take home some great memories to talk about for years.

This was a lovely condo, clean, and well stocked for cooking. It is located within walking distance of the beach. You need a parking permit if you plan to park on the beach. Brewster is close enough to walk, food is OK. Grocery store is close. Mexican restaurant and Italian restaurant at corner by Ace are good. Would stay again.

The space was clean. Peggy was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early which was nice since it was the last mini vacay with my son before leaving for the summer. The pool was an added bonus after a long day at the beach we could hang out by the pool.

We found this condo back in 2020 during Covid when the state shut down the beaches to cars. This condo is perfectly located to where you can walk to the beach in about 5-10 minutes. There is a walkway if you have a wagon. Close to several places to eat and the island store. Peggy has replaced furniture since we were here last year and all the upgrades are awesome! We have never had a problem staying at Peggy’s condo. We will be returning next year! Highly recommend to anyone who is a smaller family or a couple.

Peggy was the perfect host. She was very responsive and attentive to our needs. Her honw had everything we could possibly need including two recliners! There are not many rentals that have those but it made our stay so much more comfortable.

We fell in love with North Padre while visiting the island in 2014. We purchased our first property that year and recently remodeled “Just Beachy” in 2017. We just love the beach, fishing and exploring. This has become a hidden gem for us and we have created everlasting memories. We recently took over bookings/managing of this property and are excited to share the amazing amenities Beach Club has to offer. We live in Colorado, but visit as much as we can.

This condo (Building #3) is located in a very quiet section of the Beach Club and overlooks the saltwater pond. This is also the closest building in the complex to the ocean waters. From the balcony you can enjoy the evening sunsets overlooking the salt water pond.
