This adorable ground floor condo, has a patio over looking our live fed salt water pond with fishing pier, we have great amenities such as 24 hour state of the art fitness center, glassed in heated pool with hot tub, sauna, office area in club room, BBQ grills throughout community and in pool area, and what makes it really great is a short 5 minute walk to the beach. This affordable one bedroom is newly upgraded and fully furnished and equipped to make you feel like home, Wifi available in unit and at gazebo, One assigned parking spot, car wash area at back of property, boat parking available but have to register at office. Close to the new IGA Grocery store and Hardknocks Sports bar. We have great local eateries, shopping and entertainment, with the comforts of the big city only minutes away with more and of course the State Aquarium, USS Lexington attractions, shopping and much more. Port Aransas is a short drive as well with deep sea fishing charters, restaurants on the water, fun little town. We do offer beach towels and Beach buggy rentals are available nearby.... So come Relax and put your toes in the sand, soak up the sun and take home some great memories to talk about for years.

Nice condo. Perfect for two people.

We enjoyed our stay. Condo was in a good location, close to stores, beach and restaurants. It was clean and had most everything we needed. I liked that it was on the first floor. Would definitely stay there again.

Padre Island getaway

The condo was nicely appointed and very comfortable. Wish it was right on the beach, but the one block walk to the beach was fine. The pool was clean, but needs more umbrellas for shade from the hot Texas sun.

Exactly as advertised!

We had a great time staying at the condo! It was extremely clean (hard to do at the beach) and was beyond well stocked in terms of kitchen supplies. The beach was literally at the end of the street and it was so nice to be able to walk and not use our car in the sand. Highly recommend!

Always awesome!

We found this hidden gem during 2020 as we wanted to find a condo close to the beach to where we could walk if we needed to and we have been coming back ever since. I think we have stayed here at least 4 or 5 times and Peggy never disappoints. The condo is always clean and stocked with items we need. Has a great view of pond and very close to the pool. Will always recommend this condo!

Nice place to stay for a short getaway

The condo was mostly clean and well stocked. Had one stain in the bathtub, but overall was clean. I've stayed at different units in Beach Club and this was one of the best. The ice maker worked and most dont work.

Beautiful condo right by the beach

We traveled to the Padre Island / Corpus Christi area in May for just a few days. The condo was perfect - we could've stayed so much longer! Exactly as advertised if not better! The condo was immaculate and well furnished It had everything we wanted. The pool was wonderful and so uncrowded. Easy to get anywhere and just a short walk to the beach. Wonderful property owner that was so easy to communicate with! Can't wait to go back.

Loved this rental!

My family loved this first floor rental. The location is just a 5 minute walk to Whitecap beach. Perfect for walking on the beach to watch the sun rise. :) The unit was just as clean and had all the necessary amenities to make our vacation memorable. The patio overlooking the small salt water pond was lovely as well. We will definitely be looking to stay here on our next trip to North Padre.

This was the best VRBO we have stayed at yet. This is a perfect place for a couple to stay.

We wanted to get away from the snow of Wisconsin. We didn't rent a car and used Ubers instead. All Ubers were great. If we do this again we would stay here again, but rent a car to explore more of the area. The place is very clean and well stocked. We also liked the binder of all the information for the area with coupons to attractions near by. Thank you Peggy for a great stress free stay.

Anniversary Getaway

Was our 5th visit to Corpus Christi in our 30 years together and this was the best place we have stayed there so far. Enjoyed walking to White Cap Beach each morning. The unit was very well equipped with all we needed. Only minuses may have been wife did not like the bed "too hard" and was some roof construction that blocked front building entrance and parking during our stay. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return again in 5 years.

Beautiful Beachy Stay

Me and my Husband had a awesome time Staying at Just Beachy Condo. Peggy i want to Thank you so much for such a beautiful, clean and comfortable home away from home and omg the bed so comfortable, we enjoyed the beautiful views of pond. A 4 min walk to the beach was awesome everything we needed around the area was so convenient you did not have to travel far at all. We enjoyed the pool, sauna and hot tub so much fun. We definetly will be back again Thankyou again for responding bk to us so quickly when we needed to ask any questions. You are a Gracious Host and Very Sweet thankyou for the late check out we did not want to leave lol. From the Mr and Mrs Hopkins see you soon again!!

Beautiful Condo, perfect location

My husband I I go to Whitecap beach usually a couple times a year. This was our first stay at this condo but I am sure we will be back. Very clean and well stocked. Assigned parking was a real treat, it's right in front of the building. For the first time ever I did laundry on the last night as we relaxed, so nice to come home and not have to deal with that!

We fell in love with North Padre while visiting the island in 2014. We purchased our first property that year and recently remodeled “Just Beachy” in 2017. We just love the beach, fishing and exploring. This has become a hidden gem for us and we have created everlasting memories. We recently took over bookings/managing of this property and are excited to share the amazing amenities Beach Club has to offer. We live in Colorado, but visit as much as we can.

This condo (Building #3) is located in a very quiet section of the Beach Club and overlooks the saltwater pond. This is also the closest building in the complex to the ocean waters. From the balcony you can enjoy the evening sunsets overlooking the salt water pond.
