2 Bedrooms (upstairs), 1 Queen Bed, 1 Full Bed and a Couch (downstairs). Kitchen, Dining Room, Bathroom and Living Room, with a fireplace. Flat screen TV, No Wi-Fi, cell reception is not a problem. Dish Network, Campfire, Picnic Table, Charcoal Grill, Large Yard for enjoying the outdoors. Hiking Trails. You are in walking distance to the Keuka Outlet Trail. You are a 5 Minute drive from downtown Penn Yan, NY. Please bring your own linens, bedding. At this time they will NOT be provided.

Quiet, charming Cabin in the heart of the Finger Lakes wine region. Close proximity to Outlet Trail, Downtown Penn Yan, Wineries, Brewery's , Keuka Lake . Enjoy an evening campfire in this spacious backyard while the kids enjoy roasting marshmallows or running around being kids.
Beautiful country setting. Less than 2 miles from Village of Penn Yan. I would recommend bringing your own drinking water as this property is a well. If you are not use to well water the taste can be unpleasant.

4th of July Running Trip

The house is clean and in a nice, wooded area. Neighbor across the way made us feel a little uneasy. Penn Yan is a cute little town with plenty of restaurants and little shops to visit.

Cabin in the woods

We loved this cabin!! We couldn't ask for more. Secluded in the woods but still on the edge of town. Very clean and everything we needed. We will come back again. This time in the fall!!

Wine weekend

Cute property that was perfect for 2 couples and a winery visit weekend. Has a cabin like feel but no damp musty smell you usually have in those environments. The supplies of toliet paper and paper towels were limited so we bought our own. Note that the bathroom is on the first level and the bedrooms are on the second level. If you have nighttime bathroom trips, something to be aware of.

Great Visit to Finger Lakes

Stayed with my wife for a little fall getaway. Property was nice and quiet. Has everything you would need. Even had a few deer visit us one morning. Close enough to both Keuka and Seneca Lakes, we happened to visit both. Checked out a few breweries. Also went to Watkins Glen State Park, recommended. Thank you to our hosts.

Mom and Daughters Weekend

Myself and 3 adult daughters spent a long weekend at Teresa’s house. Very cute place. Plenty of room for us all to move about comfortably. Plenty of seating, and fairly well appointed. The property itself is in a beautiful location. There are neighbors nearby , but it still feels very private. We would definitely stay again!

What a gem !

What a great place ! Perfect size for a small get away . Close to everything , even close enough to town to have food delivered ! The wineries in the area were amazing . Would recommend and would go back again !

It was a great stay! Will definitely be back. Only thing that wasnt awesome was that there was no address we could find and the gps says it is where 20 hydaway lane is. Im assuming you may own both and very intelligently draw people to the property to see who is going to be staying there(idk but id do that too lol). But in the dark, definitely a challenge to find. Thanks for a great stay!

Nice little rustic cabin. Great if you don't need fancy amenities.

This property is just what we needed. Very quiet, secluded cabin in the woods with a charming fire pit and patio. We were there during a heat wave so we had to get creative with the fans and AC so the rooms would stay cool. Be sure to read the info carefully: there are no linens, it's on well water so bring your own water, no wifi, and cell service is spotty. As long as that's what you want, this place is great.

Birthday wine trip

Cozy little place. We only slept there. I went to the wineries during the day. It was a cold weekend, it always seemed a little chilly downstairs because of it.

Perfect setup and surroundings

Great sized cabin for your family or friends. Even in February, the woods and raviones are so nice to gaze at. I hope to return in the summertime to really enjoy the spacious yard, fire pit, and grill. It was really nice feeling remote, but are able to quickly roll into the town of Penn Yan or Geneva from here. Everything is comfy and will suit you just right. Great place for a mini get away.

The water was well water. If you are a water snob, like myself, bring your own water. Stairs to the second level is to be expected. Maybe a couple more chairs in the living room. The place was clean and everything we needed for the weekend!

Quiet Retreat

We loved the quiet retreat of this cabin, unfortunately the weather did not cooperate with our plans as it rained each day. I do wish that there was more seating in the living room area there were 4 people and we had to move a chair from the dinning room to seat us in the living room.
