Undersold

It is a great location rain or shine. The central living room is undersold online as we have had groups as big as 7 indoors all day due to rain without being on top of each other. Everything you need for your stay is there, and if it isn't Mary is able to help. Really a great little spot to relax and enjoy yourself.

Great Fourth of July Stay!

The cabin is very big and well equipped. We had a fire every night and the front porch was great for morning coffee.

Fun as always.

Myself and all of my friends had a great time despite some spotty weather. The central living room being large enough to accommodate every one was essential to the weekend.

Country gem

This was our third stay at this lovely farm house. It is rustic with many rooms, a fun bunk bed room that sleeps six kids and a large yard. We loved camp fires, running on the hilly country roads and visiting the Windmill Craft Market. Mary was excellent with contact and having everything ready for us. Highly recommend!

Lovely weekend vacation

This property was perfect for what we had planned for the Labor Day weekend. It was cozy and in the perfect location to enjoy the Fingerlakes. The host was extremely helpful and wonderful to coordinate with. This stay was everything we could have asked for and if i find myself wanting to cone back i won't hesitate to rent this accommodation again.

Hiking Trip

Had a great time lounging and relaxing after daily hikes to various trails, gulleys and waterfalls around tbe Finger Lakes. Very quiet, cumfy and cozy place to rest up after the long days!

Cozy!

Property is beautiful and spacious. The house has 4 bedrooms and a cozy feel with 2 couches and a open kitchen common area. We enjoyed the long kitchen table and it accommodated 7 of us well! Thanks again!

Deceptively Big

Every year we have our "Guys weekend" and every year we worry about the weather being too wet or too cold to be outside. One of the outstanding features of this cabin is the deceptively large central room. We had plenty of room for the 6 of us to hang out inside all weekend and the weather did not impact our enjoyment at all. A great place to rent for any occasion.

Our second stay at the cabins, the host family is kind, considerate, and attentive to details. We enjoyed the peace, quiet, and comfort of the fully appointed cabin, the lovely porches, and the spacious yard. This will be a regular destination for us.

Lovely!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hoover cabin. It was clean and exactly what we needed as our home base while we explored the finger lakes with our kids. The bunk room was great for our littler ones! Mary was an excellent communicator, though we didn't have any issues during our stay. We highly recommend this cabin!

Rustic getaway

The house is rustic, but was perfect for our adult getaway. Great location, kitchen had everything we needed, lots of living space. Only 1 bathroom, but lots of sleeping space.

Better than the photos

We had a wonderful time. The property is great. The photos of the main living room/dining/kitchen combo are deceiving and the central room is quite large and would be great if there is inclement weather. Everything was easy to find and in good working order. I would reccomend this location to small groups or two family get aways.
