Just renovated January 2024!!

This is a Gulf Front condo, the balcony is overlooking the beach and water!!! On the East corner with incredible sunrise views!!!

Newly remodeled, professionally decorated 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath condo. No expense was sparred when decorating this condo, with upgraded cabinetry in the kitchen, tile throughout, and excellent decor! The beds and mattresses are new as well.

Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh and let your worries go as you relax in this 2600 sq ft condo. This corner south facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking sunrise views. A wet-bar, and ice-maker will enhance any party. Also enjoy the the views from the bedrooms as each has its own balcony!!

The condo's master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has two queen beds, the third bedroom has a king and and the 4th bedroom has a queen.

Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe and; bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.

The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.

For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Lovely place with great views

Amazing Condo

The condo was just as described and pictured online. There were plenty of carts available and lots of elevators making it easy to pack and unpack. The balcony was our favorite part!

Not clean

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we checked in there was a lot of things wrong . Dirty bath mats in bathrooms. I picked up the one in the master bathroom and had to clean under it. f ilthy. Shower stall was so dirty. Candy papers left in bowl on coffee table. Under table in dining area was covered in sand. Chairs around tabled were not pulled out and cleaned under. No sheets for sofa bed.

Great condo, spacious & great views!

Rooms very spacious, living areas great. Beds comfortable & spectacular views. Being on 27th floor in high season can be challenging for elevators. But views are worth it. Be prepared to bring all your seasonings, etc... there are no condiments or season gins whatsoever. Very nice condo and very spacious and we rent in Orange Beach several times a year in various locations. Would recommend this one, overall, it is great.

Gorgeous space!!

Only downside is that it’s on the 27th floor so took a long time to get elevators and go up/down. Other than that we loved the condo and beach!!

Family Vacation

I stayed here a week with my family. The condo was very spacious and was exactly as described in the listing. The refrigerator and washing machine could be replaced but other than that, the unit was great!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was very disappointed with the elevator situation. There are not enough elevators for the number of occupants. We had to wait hours until we learned to get into the elevator no matter whether you needed to go up or down....you just road until you could get to your floor. The parking garage was another story!!! We had to use the stairs because we were on the wrong floor. When we reached the 6th floor the door was locked, we tried 6, 7, 8 and 9th floor and all of the doors were locked. We went back to 6th floor and beat on the door until someone heard us to let us in! Very Scary!!

However, it does need some updating and deep cleaning (carpets, drapes, chair cushions, washing machine). There are some minor repairs needed: leaking faucets, hair dryers. The management company is very helpful whenever we needed something or had questions.

Communication with the host was extremely easy. She was quick at responses and very helpful. The views from this condo were absolutely amazing. We enjoyed the sunrise each morning. The beds were comfortable, lots of room, Kitchen well furnished, sitting at the dining room table looking out the ocean was enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this condo.

The best condo I have ever rented in Orange Beach! The owners communicate was fast! Highly recommend

This was a very beautiful place to stay! Condo was perfect with the most amazing views! Owners were amazing at answering email and text messages! Elevator was fast! Very safe area! It was an amazing get away the only issue wasn’t ready to leave! Very comfortable beds! Will definitely booking again!

Family Vacation '22

This was our second successive year to stay in Phoenix II West, and our first in the 32nd floor penthouse condo. It is beautiful, and has a terrific view. There is very little to complain about in the unit itself, but the elevators and parking are a detraction from an otherwise wonderful week. Apparently one of the six elevators was broken for most of the week, as we never saw it used, which caused traffic to back up even more than usual. Parking was a little improved this year over last, but still caused some of the family to park off-site. This seems to a chronic problem; the building simply does not have enough parking for the number of occupants that are there in summer. Off-site parking is some miles away, requiring someone to transport a driver to the site and pick up extra vehicle(s) if your party exceeds 2 vehicles per a 4 BR unit, which we did. We will consider other locations next year due to this inconvenience.
