This is a premium unit and one of the best Views at Phoenix West!!!

Phoenix West is one of the most luxurious condominiums on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and each bedroom. With over 2,600 sq ft the unit is very spacious and furnished with 2 King Beds, a Queen and two twin beds!!

The unit is professional decorated with full-size appliances, custom cabinetry, granite counter tops, wet bar with ice maker, 52” flat screen HDTV in living room with flat panel TVs in the bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The large balcony offers the perfect spot to watch the sun go down over the Gulf!! We have also upgraded the condo with new tile in the bedrooms!!

There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts.

There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

Impressive unit, beautiful view, very roomy

First impression when we walked in was "WOW." The size of the unit, the two walls of floor to ceiling windows, the huge balcony - really nice place. The beach is wonderful, soft, white sand. Nice outdoor pool area. Indoor pool/jacuzzi area could have been lit more brightly. Highly recommend you have a car, Ubers are not plentiful. Nothing really in walking distance, FYI other than the Wolf Bay restaurant (which had the BEST drinks during our stay). Downside was very poor communication with the host. It's managed by a big company, I'm used to smaller, more personal management companies, or the owners themselves. Completely unresponsive here on VRBO, had to look at the email to find a phone number to text. Workers came into the unit multiple times to work on WiFi and cable. We were not asked when would be good or if it would even be ok for workers to come in while we were paying quite a bit for the place and enjoying our time. On the good, side, they were kind enough to give us early check in and late check out. They just seriously need to work on their client communication.

Would Rent Again & Recommend To Others

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Views were amazing and we loved the layout. We were very happy with every aspect of our stay. We would definitely rent again. Only two minor issues where I suggest you could improve...TP provided was very cheep and thin (worse than gas station quality) and kitchen wasn’t as fully stocked as we have experienced at other rentals.

A Beautiful Thanksgiving

Never stayed at a Phoenix property before and frankly have preferred more singular properties than large developments. But we needed plenty of space for two families and we couldn't have been happier - I think the condo was bigger than my house! Some of the kitchen supplies left alot to be desired (e.g. replaced an inooerable can opener), but we were able to pull off a homemade Thanksgiving without too much effort and room for everyone around the table. The balcony is incredible. We hated to leave and we're so grateful to spend the holiday together in such a beautiful and comfortable place.

Super nice accommodations, best we’ve ever had!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been on many nice vacations, from Destin to Belize to Mallorca... Each of our 4 bedrooms were very comfortable, balcony with a nice view and TV in each. The family/kitchen/balcony was very well decorated and located on a corner with a beautiful view of the beach.
