For whatever reason you are traveling, I will do my best to make sure you have a safe, happy experience at this location.

3 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms.

New window coverings in Master bedroom, and main floor bathroom.

Master bedroom has a soaker tub and 2 way gas fireplace and private bathroom/shower

The home is a walk to Butchart Gardens, public transportation, International Airport (15 minute drive) , Bc Ferries (20 minute drive) , hiking Trails, lakes, Ocean, and a 25 minute walk to the town centre, 5 minute drive. 30 minute drive to Victoria.

This is a well designed country home that is located in a relaxed safe country environment. It is good for couples, business travellers, and families (with kids). This is Country Living, a romantic private residence hidden away from the big city. This is a luxury cottage in a park like setting.

Stay here for the view from the back deck alone! Peaceful place to enjoy your cup of coffee. Everything is labeled and easy to use. Great master bedroom with soaking tub and fireplace. Only a 30 minute drive to downtown Victoria, and within walking distance of Butchart Gardens.

Lovely stay near Butchart garden

Spacious home in quiet neighborhood, with both a front and back porch. Very relaxing-and a pool table for extra fun.

Lovely home in a nice quiet area. Would not recommend for families with small children due to the drop off in the small back yard. Very convenient to Butchart Gardens.

Hi everyone and thank you for staying. A few weeks before your stay a welcome note with check in instructions is sent out. In those instructions along with the check in details, the following is shared. "There is a lower yard with a path down to it, however there is a sharp drop off that could be a potential for a fall. Also please watch when driving in and out of the property because, there are often children playing on the street below, and sometimes on the drive way itself. Your safety is very important to me. Family vacation

Our stay here was good, the house is very spacious and was a great area and a great space for our family of 6 to spend time together. It was very easy to navigate to and from Victoria and attractions. Communication with the host was easy and timely. Based on the online description it says 4 bedrooms, however the fourth bedroom is actually the living area with a sofa bed.

Hello everyone, my. sincere apologies, I checked the listing and it did state that there was a fourth bedroom. This is a 3 bedroom home. There is a hide a bed in the family room, on the main floor. The listing has been changed to accurately reflect this.

Fantastic home away from home

The location was perfect for us since we arrived by ferry from Vancouver. The beds were super comfortable (a must for me) and had we used the kitchen it had everything we could possibly have needed.

Great stay

It was a great place to host a family weekend. Kitchen is exceptionally well provisioned. Seymour was very quick to respond to inquiries and a great host.

Great place for family

Great place to use as mother base for you trip to Victoria or just to stay there the whole day. Just 18 minutes biking to Bouchard Gardens
