Our house rules:
* Children must be 12 years of age or older.
* Primary renter must be 25 years of age or older.
* There can be no overnight guests that exceed the number of guests indicated on the VRBO reservation confirmation.
* No smoking of any description including cigarettes, cigars, vapes, marijuana - including medicinal marijuana puffers (excluding asthma pumps) strictly upheld inside units and on grounds including driveway.
* No hot plates or plug-in cooking surfaces of any description, or camp cookers in compliance with our unit insurance regulations.
* We ask that guests not wear outdoor shoes indoors to protect carpeted areas. Bring comfy slippers!
* We ask that guests respect quiet hours from 10PM to 8AM.
* No parties or events unless with express agreement of host,
* Sorry, no pets.

Please note a sweet dog lives on this property and while she is not allowed into guest units she does have the run of the exterior property and main house.
