The four of us really enjoyed staying at this cabin. the view of the River was fabulous, watching the barges was really neat. If we ever go back to that area we would stay there again. Everything was neat and clean.

By far the best experience we have had with a VRBO home, most of the time they are great already. Hosts were great, beautiful home and beautiful scenery. Would recommend to anyone that wants to do stuff in chattanooga, but does not want to stay downtown.

Cute TN cabin

Cute cabin on the river with great views and location. Very clean and felt like home! Hosts are friendly and available at any time needed! Absolutely loved our stay!

Family Getaway

Very cozy home with beautiful views of the river. We enjoyed our relaxing nights by the fire pit and strolls to down by the river to watches the barges roll by.

Guys trip

Had a great time. We have been friends for over 30 years. We try to get together every year for a fishing trip. This was one of the best places we have stayed. Hosts were extremely nice and helpful.

Perfect spot

We enjoyed the Little House on the River so much. Comfortable, with all the things we needed at our fingertips, great location for sightseeing and just hanging out to catch up with family. Tena and JD are wonderful hosts and the view is so pretty and peaceful. We highly recommend it !!

Perfection!

The Little House on The River is amazing! Its secluded enough to have some peace at the end of the day but a quick drive to the city if you want. The hosts were amazing and so kind. The house was clean, stocked and beautifully decorated.

Wonderful weekend getaway!

Beautiful view! So cozy and peaceful! The owners have done a wonderful job making sure the house is stocked with everything you may need! Special touches throughout! Very clean! We loved our stay here!

Very clean and organized. The view is insanely nice. The property owner does well communicating even over communicating.

Beautiful setting, wonderful home exceptionally well cared for and clean! Lesa & JD were a delight to meet & it was comforting to know they were only minutes away if needed. From the Deer visits nightly to the birds and the river no-one could ask for more. Peace and tranquility abound. We have stayed at many properties; however, this is top of the list for feeling right at home! We cannot wait to go back to their little piece of paradise.

Best vacation rental!

We were so sad to leave. We're already checking the calendar for a return trip. Five nights was not long enough. JD and Tena are terrific hosts! Their "Little House on the River" has everything you need to feel like home. We will definitely be back!!

WritingOur stay at this VRBO was absolutely wonderful. The house itself is beautiful—thoughtfully designed, comfortable, and incredibly well cared for. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the spectacular location and breathtaking views. It truly felt like the perfect place to relax and take it all in.What made the stay even more special were the hosts. They were so welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit. It was clear they had thought of absolutely everything. Every detail in the home was carefully considered, making it easy to settle in and feel right at home.It’s rare to find a place where both the setting and the hospitality exceed expectations, but this one certainly did. We left feeling grateful for such a peaceful and memorable stay and would absolutely return again. Perfect getaway

We could not have asked for better hosts or a more perfect house. All details were taken care of, down to flowers and champagne for our anniversary. The house was spotless and well stocked. We loved sitting on the porch and enjoying the river and wildlife. Tena and JD are so attentive and available. We hope to visit you again this summer.

Amazing home on the river

Tena and JD have completely outdone themselves with creating the perfect getaway! As soon as you walk in you are welcomed home. We loved everything from our morning coffee on the back patio watching the river to our fires in the firepit to end each day. The house is so clean and well maintained. Anything you could possibly need, it’s there. We have already decided we will be back soon! Thank you Tena and JD for all your wonderful hospitality. I can’t wait to tell friends about our stay.
