The whole process of renting this property and working with EMR, from booking, to responding to our questions, welcoming us to the property, was excellent. The property itself was as advertised and more: clean, well stocked with everything we needed, and with an amazing view. We would definitely return on our next trip!!

EMR Vacations put in the work to facilitate added payments (at my request).I appreciate their flexibility in allowing this extra payment. The check-in was excellent- Donna explained everything well, and gave us good tips on where to go in the neighborhood.The view is amazing!! Mt. Baker, the straight, the ships coming in and out.

The property was lovely and the perfect setting for our family vacation. It was quiet, peaceful, and just a short hop to the city for our sightseeing activities! It was even larger and more beautiful than in the pictures.

We stayed here for a golf trip with a group of eight, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The property is beautiful, very clean, and has great views.Our only criticism was the check-in process. Having someone meet us at the house to provide an in-person tour felt unnecessary and added another thing to coordinate while we were simply trying to arrive and start our vacation. The person who checked us in was very nice, but the walkthrough felt a bit overly detailed, as though we had never rented or owned a home before. There was nothing particularly unusual about the property that we felt required an in-person explanation.Overall, we had a great stay and really enjoyed the property. A more streamlined, self-guided check-in process would have made the arrival experience even better.

Vancouver Island mountain biking and nature appreciation

Fantastic house for a large group. Comfortable, great neighborhood, and location. Theater room and hot tub were nice bonuses. Would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic property

Natures Gate is the perfect space for large families. It is very conveniently located to all of Victoria. There are great views, lots of wildlife and plenty of space to enjoy your vacation.

Spring Aeration Members Golf Trip

We were a group of 8 gentlemen on a 4-day golf trip to Victoria, during our course in Vancouver, spring maintenance week.All were thoroughly impressed with the house, ammenities and views from the kitchen, patio and hot-tub.Would stay here again, in a heart beat.

Beautiful spot!

Beautiful clean home that had everything we need. The view and the hot tub were amazing! The beds were also super comfy and the neighbourhood was very nice too. It fit all of our friends comfortably. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

Golf Trip home base

Was a great spot for our buddies golf trip. Close to courses, beautiful view, hot tub, seven beds. The king master had to be shared but that was ok. Very good.

Great, relaxing home with amazing views

Great size for a large group. Two living areas are great for teens and adults. Very clean and has a well stocked kitchen. Minutes from Victoria.

Great spot. Well appointed. Loved to watch the big game in the theatre room. We loved the afternoon sun on the deck. Close to the Bear Run golf course.

The house was excellent for our needs. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The view was fantastic. With 6 people, we had lots of room to spread out. We all especially liked the hot tub

Lots of space. Beautiful views

There were 10 of us and the extra space to hang out worked out well. It was great for cooking and dinners at home. Good size deck for relaxing enjoying the view. There were a few things we suggested to the management company that could be improved. Overall we were happy with our stay.

Great Stay

Overall we loved our stay. Some aspects of the house looked a bit rough around the edges for the type of listing (lights burnt out, minor drywall damage). Didn’t overall impact our stay. Loved the hot tub, especially with the northern lights!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: wonderful home - beautiful surroundings. All the things we needed for a comfortable weekend stay with the family. Highly recommend!
