Just a short stroll down to the beach, this beautiful three bedroom beach home is sure to create wonderful memories for your family for years to come. This upgraded and open living area features a large 4K Flat Screen TV with 4K Direct TV service, a new large comfortable couch that doubles as a Queen Size sofa sleeper, as well as a love seat for additional seating for your guests. The dining area features a large table that seats six guests comfortably and is overlooked by the spacious kitchen. The kitchen has updated stainless steel appliances and has four chairs facing the eat-in countertop.

As you make your way upstairs you will find the large and open Master Suite with a comfy King Size bed and a flat screen Smart TV as well as access to the private master bathroom and balcony. This Master Suite also has a sitting area with a twin sleeper sofa. The two guest bedrooms are located on this floor. One of the guest bedrooms has a Queen Sized bed while the other has a Twin over Queen bunk bed. Both bedrooms have access to the shared full hallway bathroom.

First Floor: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Patio Access, Kitchen, Dining, Powder Room, Laundry.

Second Floor: King Master Bedroom with Twin Sleeper Sofa and Tub/Shower Combo + Balcony Access, Queen Bedroom, Bunk Room with Queen/Twin Bunk, Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo.

*Based off of the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during spring break.
