Newly painted with new living room and dining room furniture!

A charming, boutique feel, Sterling Breeze is a beautiful oceanfront condominium. Located on the 8th floor we have a corner unit with great views of the Gulf!
Sterling Breeze is within walking distance of Pier Park's shops and dining.
Offering a 24 hour fitness center, community fire pit, pool side cafe and wine bar and a gulf-front overflow edge pool.
Fully furnished with a spacious living room, dining area, breakfast bar, large kitchen fully stocked, three full bedrooms, and three bathrooms.

Master Bedroom- King Bed, facing Gulf of Mexico, private bath with glass walk-in shower. Private access to balcony.
Guest Bedroom- Queen Bed, private bath with shower/tub combo.
Bunk Room- Private with hallway separating it from main portion of unit-4 twin bunk beds.

Perfection on the ocean

This condo was amazing! When we arrived it smelled so good and was the cleanest I have ever seen a condo down to the dryer vent. Eveything was perfect. The layout was great with the kids away from adults, furniture and beds were so comfy. Decor was so nice also. We are already talking about taking another trip to the same condo.

Fall Break

The condo was nice and clean with lots of space for everyone. This was our first stay having a room on the end at Sterling Breeze. It was nice getting off the elevator and your room being right there. The view was amazing with nothing beside you blocking it. The only downfall was the dryer took forever to dry clothes, but everything else seemed to work fine. Jennifer was so easy to message back and forth with, and responded quickly to any questions I had for her.I would definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation

The condo was beautiful. Communicating with Jennifer was easy. One day they were testing the alarms and Jennifer sent me a text to inform me about the testing. We definitely would stay at her condo again.

home away from home

The property was as pictured. It was spacious and had everything you needed (plenty of dishes, cups, silverware, pots/pans, enough seating inside and on the balcony, towels, etc). Beds were very comfortable. The condo was very clean and felt like home. The bunk room was somewhat secluded/ further away from the living room/ master so our youngest child couldn’t sleep there safely, but the older children in our group loved it. Jennifer and Keith communicated very well, were kind and attentive. Parking passes did go up to $50 per vehicle. The parking is great and walkway to the complex is nice. The person we dealt with when we arrived and had to purchase the parking pass/ wristbands from wasn’t very friendly, but that had nothing to do with this condo specifically. All other staff we encountered on the property were very friendly. Beach access was great, pool was warm and clean. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Excellent spot for a family vacation

We had a great time. The unit came with all the things you would need. Having 3 bathrooms and the bunk room for the kids was a huge plus. The building itself does a good job of cleaning the sand and water and pool every night. Front desk people are a little standoffish but we don’t hold the Unit owner responsible for that. Unit has a great view. Up high enough you don’t hear the street traffic. The dryer does take multiple cycles to get clothes dry as mentioned in other reviews but we expected that. Also washer and dishwasher had a bit of a smell when you open them after being closed for a while but I think it’s due to being at the beach as I’ve smelled that at the beach before. Overall we highly recommend this unit.our family loved it.

First visit to PCB

This unit exceeded our expextations. It is in a great location but not as crowded as some areas. We were in walking distance to Pier Park. The condo was as listed. We enjoyed the location of being in an end unit and it is close to the elevators. The owners were very attentive and kept us update on things going on at the complex. Very well stocked and the beach chairs and umbrella provided were great! For our first visit to Panama City, i would definitely stay here again.

Perfect getaway

We were traveling to PCB for softball and this was absolutely perfect and just what we needed. It was quiet but spacious and the kids loved the pool and the quick beach access! We had a small issue with the door but the host was quick to answer and have it fixed for us without any issues or having to rearrange our plans. If we find ourselves back in PCB will be rebooking for sure!

Certainly! Here's a sample review for a Panama City Beach condo: --- We had an amazing stay at this beachfront condo in Panama City Beach! The location was perfect, offering breathtaking views of the ocean right from our balcony. The condo was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to prepare meals easily, and the living area was spacious and comfortable. We particularly loved the easy access to the beach, just a few steps away, making it convenient to enjoy the sun and surf anytime. The complex amenities, including the pool and fitness center, were excellent and well-kept. The bartender was great and the bar had perfect beach had snacks/lunch food and drinks! Overall, this condo exceeded our expectations, and we can't wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway!

A good place to stay on the beach. On the 8th floor, the elevator was sometimes very busy causing delays. The parking and pool monitors were very diligent about their jobs. Very clean and nice.

Perfect location

Everything was great! Condo was clean, beds were comfortable, beach is not crowded due to there not being any condo's directly beside this one. The one and only issue was that the dryer took a very long time to dry clothes and towels.

Love this location and condo

Great place to stay. Close to Pier Park which was a big bonus!! The condo was well equipped with all kitchen appliances and utensils needed. The property was clean and the inclusion of two beach chairs and umbrella was another bonus.

The property has a great location. We needed access to pickleball and tennis at the property. The complex needs more elevators for easier access. The power went out for hours when a transformer malfunctioned. The unit we rented was very clean and functional.

This is a beautiful,clean,wonderfully supplied condo. Loved the 4 bunkbed room and bath for our teens. Large balcony with a great view. Beautiful,modern,clean condo. Our teens loved the bunk room. Huge balcony. Friendly employees.great view!

Great Condo!

We recently stayed in 801 on Spring Break and loved it! Very spacious with wonderful views! Being an end unit, you have an unobstructed view of the strip and the beach. Very quiet area and the staff was very friendly. We can’t wait to return!
