Adorable, professionally decorated beach house steps from the sand, only two houses from the beach! Two bedrooms plus loft and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Wood Floors downstairs with fireplace! Dining table to seat 6 and fully stocked kitchen. Lush patio with barbecue. Newly remodeled with all new appliances including full size washer and dryer.

Mandalay Beach is a wonderful quiet white sand beach perfect for family fun or couples looking for a retreat. Enjoy ocean sports and even borrow the boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrella we have provided. When you are done at the beach rinse off in the warm outdoor shower in our private courtyard. This property is newly remodeled with quality furniture in a beach cottage theme.

Enjoy Channel Islands harbor nearby and go whale watching, paddle boarding or kayaking on the marina. Sundays at the harbor you will find a quaint farmers market. Also many nice spots to dine along the marina.

Our beach house is located in the city of Oxnard which is perfectly situated in between Malibu and Santa Barbara. Visit one of the many wineries nearby!

Professionally cleaned in between each stay with your safety in mind.

We had an amazing three day weekend trip to Oxnard for Mountains to Beaches marathon in Ventura. The home was warm and inviting and so conveniently located. Very clean and had everything we needed!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The beach was a disappointment - but that is not the host's fault!!! It was too windy. Good for 2 couples. Thanks for sharing.

Proximity to the ocean! Clean and decorated nicely with amenities like nice blanket to use while watching tv & games toplay as a family, quiet neighborhood.
The Kitchen had everything!
We didn't use the heater because the fireplace heated the rental nicely
Less than minutes to the beach - only walked across the street
Pack less - we could wash/dry as necessary!

Perfect space with plenty of room for our group of 3 adults. Great location, easy to get to in a safe neighborhood with a dedicated parking space. We enjoyed the fully functioning kitchen, outdoor grill, big dining table, and comfy sofas with a big screen TV. Loved the farmer’s market recommended in the welcome book. The home owners immediately addressed the minor issues we had. We would stay here again!

Great family vacation

We enjoyed staying at this property for one week over Christmas holidays. The unit had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Easy access to the beach with miles of walkable coastline and nearby parks with paved paths also.

Great house! Clean, modern amenities and perfect location for day trips to Santa Barbara or LA.

My family had a great time staying at this house. It’s super close to the beach, there’s enough room for the 5 of us, great modern kitchen with everything you need, Netflix and Amazon Prime available on the huge TV (which was great for the kids to wind down) We’d definitely consider staying there again if we’re in the area.

Family Vacation

We had an excellent stay. The property had everything that we needed, was super conveniently located, and great amenities. Erica was wonderful to work with and very prompt. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place in Oxnard.

This was an amazing find! Spotless, nicely decorated, well stocked, beach is across the street, and friendly neighbors. Our family spent a combo b-day/July 4 celebration with 6 adults with plenty of space and comfort (and 2.5 bathrooms!) Had a couple of questions and Erica responded promptly. As described, there is a loft bedroom off the second bedroom with some shared space and open walls. As we were all family, that worked quite well for us, but take note if different families travelling together. In addition to the loft ladder, there are other steps as well if you have any mobility issues. One dedicated parking spot and easy street parking. The beach was beautiful and rather empty, esp for a holiday weekend. It was too breezy to use the firepit, but we did use the grill and the patio was very welcoming. We cooked 2 meals and the kitchen was great. The water pressure is too low for the freezer to make ice, so grab a bag on your way into town. It was great having a full size w/d as well. Plenty of fans, both ceiling and portable, to keep the air moving when it got a little warm upstairs. Just a great find and a special place to stay. Thank you for having us!

Cozy beach condo

Very cute beachy condo with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Worked perfectly for our family’s needs. We come to Oxnard Shores every year and would not hesitate to rent this condo again.

Nice house in great location

This is a very nice house, one minute away from the sea. The beach is very large and very quiet. It is much nicer than both the outer banks and Delaware.

Fantastic stay

Enjoyed staying at this property, it was comfortable, clean, had all the amenities you could ask for, and it was right next to the beach. Nothing was more relaxing than opening the windows to hear the sea and feel the gorgeous California weather. Erica was also very helpful and always answered messages in a timely manner. Great place to stay for vacation with the family.

Great communication, exactly as advertised.

We loved our stay and the owner did a great job of communication. One tiny problem that she fixed immediately, highly recommend, and we will stay here again.

Clean, convenient, quiet and cozy!

My friends and I enjoyed a perfect girls’ weekend here away from the demands of work and family. It’s location (quiet street, thisclose to beach), cleanliness, and thoughtful decor immediately made us feel like welcome guests and we all got the r&r we were looking for. A definite gem!

Close to beach

Quiet area with our own parking. Plenty of cooking equipment (pots, pans, knives, etc.). Very close to nice sandy beach. Loft bedroom was a hit for 11 year old.

Just steps from the beach this home is perfect for our family. The beach is quiet and not crowded, the ocean life is abundant and the oceanside town is quaint. We love it here! Oxnard is perfectly situated in between Malibu and Santa Barbara.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

So close to the water means more time for play and less time for preparation. After playing all day at the beach we like to shower in our outdoor shower to rinse off the sand and then barbecue on our patio. It is the perfect home to bond with our children and make memories. Our location is appealing to wine lovers as well with many California wineries close by. Situated in between two harbors, this home is also ideal for marina sports!
