Beautiful, newly built, handcrafted 2500 sq. ft., 3 story vacation home. Great room with custom chef's kitchen & gas fireplace .
Pool(table) room with vaulted ceilings & wood burning stove. Heated cement floors throughout main level.
4 queen beds, 1 double bed, 4 twin beds. 3 bathrooms (2 jetted tubs + large wheel-in shower). Full size washer & dryer. Cable TV & WiFi.
5min drive to Astoria & 10min drive to Seaside.

Main Floor:
Kitchen, Great Room, Pool(table) Room, Laundry Room. Bedroom w/Queen Bed. Bathroom w/walk-in shower.
Access off kitchen & great room to back patio w/outdoor table, BBQ & fire pit area.
Main floor is wheelchair accessible & has heated cement floors.

Second Floor:
Master Bedroom w/walk-in closet, Queen bed w/double size trundle, Private lanai/balcony off of master, Master bath w/jetted tub/shower.

The property was in a perfect, centrally located spot for our trip. It felt nice and private and the bedroom/bathroom setups worked great for our group. The kitchen had an awesome stove and was well stocked. We’d stay here again!

Wonderful property. Worked perfectly for our large group. Large kitchen, and plenty of room. The outdoor space is larger than shown in the photos. Close to grocery store. Easy access to downtown Astoria, the State park and beaches.

Everything was great! Nice location convenient to Astoria, groceries a couple of blocks away, beach and Fort was a short distance as well. House was very comfortable, clean, and check in and out was easy!

Perfect Fishing Stay

A fantastic get away when you are going for fishing. Hosts were very accommodating and when we left luggage behind they shipped it for us. Would stay again.

Family reunion

Spent a lovely three nights catching up with family and this was the perfect house! Lots of room for everyone, all the little things were provided, short drive to the beach and grocery store and Astoria. Beds were SUPER comfortable. Really enjoyed it!

We returned again this August to the eaglesnest... Love the layout, fun decor, plenty of bedrooms, and comfortable. Perfect for a medium/large group.

Very enjoyable

A very nice home and location. Three couples were very comfortable there. Would give it a 5 star except for under beds needed some cleaning attention, but that was it, the rest was very very nice! Would recommend!

Perfect Family Stay

This house is amazing for a family gathering, we immediately felt right at home. The kitchen was perfect for family meals, the fire pit in the backyard was a great place to gather, and we were close to everything that we wanted to see. We will definitely be back for another visit, thank you!

Great house by the beach!

Comfortable and great place by the beach. My husband and I came with our daughter and a bunch of her friends. Great location close to the beach, fun to have a pool table.

Exceeded Expectations

This property was incredibly comfortable and welcoming. The backyard area with the fire pit and patio were so picturesque, two rooms had sweet little balconies, and the pool table was a fun plus! We will definitely keep this place in mind for return trips.

Great Place!

This house is great for a large group! It has plenty of space to spread out, multiple bedrooms/bathrooms, well stocked kitchen and the backyard is super cute! I would love to come in the summer and enjoy the fire pit. The host was very responsive. Will definitely be back!

We (the several generations) that own, built and care for this wonderful home, would like to welcome you to our one-of-a-kind beach retreat. You will never find another home quite like this one... Every piece of wood in this home was handcrafted by our family as it was built from the ground up. Each item in the home has a story to be told by someone who we consider family. We have spent the past 30 years building what is now a place to create memories with your loved ones, cook food, catch fish, roast mellows and tell stories by the fire.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

This (original) home/property has been in the family for over 100 years. It started as a small 400 sq ft fishing/home that was built from reclaimed wood after a shipwreck in the area. Over the past five generations we have rebuilt, added-on and recreated the home to fit our large, extended family (Ohana). Never forgetting where it all started, we have tried to maintain the warmth and love that this amazing home has always provided us. It has taken many years to get to where we are now, and we want nothing more then to share our home with others. We hope that this home will give you the many great memories that it has for us!

Our hope is that you will fall in love with the many small touches in this home... From laying in the hammock on the front porch, watching the Eagles nest in the nearby trees, to the two jacuzzi tubs to soak in. The hardest decision you will have to make while staying here will be choosing which of the 3 fires you want to snuggle up next to at night!
